Pyramid Electric Group

They were pretty good and cheaper than another company that I had received a quote from. They came out and explained everything to me and did a fine job. Their pricing was reasonable and they were good at explaining what job they were going to do. They looked at everything for me and had all the right equipment to do the job when they showed up.

They didn't quite finish the job. There was a lack of communication between the person I talked to and the guy who actually came out to do the work. They were supposed to reinstall my motion detector for my alarm system that they had to take down. They never reinstalled it. The guy who came to do the work apparently didn?t know about it. I was pretty happy with them except for that issue.

Very pleasant, competent technician who explained his actions and remedies as he performed the work. He listened well to our concerns, discussed the pros and cons of our options, adapted his tasks to match our needs and priorities, and made recommendations when appropriate. Very efficient.

He came out immediately. He was quick and good. He explained everything clearly. He replaced the bad breaker and redid some wiring in the kitchen and bathroom.

I called and talked to Tim to setup the appointment and he did an excellent job at communicating. The phone was answered promptly and he called me earlier to let me know he could be running late, but he made it right on time. I had 2 estimates done using Angie's list of electricians, and they were the lower bid. I still thought it was a little high, but the quality of work and expertise they showed proved to be worth the cost. The guys did 2 trips. The first was to hard wire and prepare the electrical for the furnace and A/C, and then came another day to finish the wiring. They were right on time both days and were very quick. Like the others, I'd recommend using them again if you need to get the job done in a certain amount of time.

WE CALLED PYRAMID AND THE NEXT DAY RON WAS OUT BEGINNING THE NEEDED WORK. WE WANTED TO GET THEM INTO THE HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO OPTED FOR THE "TIME AND MATERIALS" METHOD WHICH ALLOWED THEM TO GET TO THE HOME/WORK QUICKER. DO NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT THE COST AND DOING IT THE 'TIME AND MATERIALS" METHOD. WE HAVE DONE THIS WITH THEM ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND THEIR PRICING WAS VERY FAIR. THE WORK IS COMPLETE AND WELL DONE, THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. RON WAS HERE ALL DAY FROM 10 AM TO 4ISH. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WITH GREAT CONFIDENCE.

This is the 4th time I have used them for a big job (2 houses) in 3 years. As always they came out promptly, prepared estimate, completed work on schedule and on budget and did a great job. The first 2 times I had competing bids and Pyramid was the best price each time. So this time I did not bother with another bid. I have worked with several people there and found them all helpful (and not condescending - very important to me as an 'older' woman).

Wanted bid to install standby generator. Called, Tim called me back on Tuesday January 2. He said he was tied up all that week and we scheduled for Noon on January 10. He showed up a the house 2 hours early and there was no one here. He then called and canceled the appointment and said he could not reschedule until the following week.
