We have a windowless upstairs bathroom that we'd been trying for years to figure out how to get more natural light in. We saw the display at the Home Show and thought about doing a solar tube, and finally decided to go for it. The installation went very smoothly and the solar tube lets in much more light than we expected. We feel like we finally have the natural light in our bathroom that we hoped for. We've had a lot of work done on our house over the past several years, but this is one of the things that has made the largest difference in our house.

PERFECT. I could not find anyone to repair my door. I called a number of screen repair companies with no luck, the last one said he didn't think ANYONE could repair them. I found this company and called them, the representative asked me for a description of the work I needed and general measurements and gave me a quote over the phone. She then gave me an appointment several weeks out, offering to come sooner if they had a cancellation. Sure enough they called me with an opening. The technician arrived promptly, he was neat, clean and polite and finished the work quickly and quietly. He charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone and my door looks and works perfectly.

Very well. They said it would be done under 2 hours, and indeed it was. I had a price list to chose from, so I knew how much it was going to be. I am positively thrilled with the light that it makes in my dark stairway. They did say no mess, but I did have to clean up a little afterwords. I thought they would have left the area cleaner than that.

Ryan installed four solatubes with light kits and one also with a fan kit. I wanted one more so another appointment was made to install the last one with a light and fan kit. Ryan was very professional. I am very happy with the product and the installation.

It went very well, same as the last time. Ryan came out and gave us an estimate. He was available the same day to do the install. He was knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable for this product, especially considering that we have a steep pitch roof and needed more than one extension. In addition to having had them out to put in the first Solatube a couple of years ago, we had them put in a solar-powered attic fan on that first visit. So, they have actually done installs on three products in our home. We are well-satisfied with the whole experience. Ryan was about 40 minutes late this morning, but he did call prior to the start time of the appointment to let us know he had been delayed.

When I called to inquire about the product and installation process on the phone, I encountered courteous reception and patience with all my questions. Ryan, the installer, arrived nearly on time. For not arriving exactly on time, he is excused: he called to say he was running late, and since it was so icy on the roof, he wouldn't have been able to start at the originally appointed time. He thoroughly explained his installation process, and was efficient with his time. He even honored an e-coupon we had received through e-mail, which discounted the product slightly.

I called NW Natural Lighting, saw the product in their showroom, and scheduled an installation. Ryan arrived just a few minutes late, and finished installing four 14-inch Solatube skylights within 4.5 hours. The whole project, from initial contact to completion, was done in three weeks, and that was only because I had to have my roof replaced first.

Although the price was high, the product is great, the installer was very professional. He was not a contract worker, but was very knowledgeable and careful about not making any kind of a mess.

The staff I spoke to were kind and apologetic, but their installer was unreliable. Overall it was a frustrating experience as I really wanted this work done. The installation was scheduled twice, and each time I took a day off from work to be there, only to have them call me that morning and tell me their installer had called in sick. I understood the first time they canceled, but the second time was too much, they had cost me two days of my vacation time and I had no solatubes to show for it. I canceled the order.

WE HAD A SOLA TUBE SKYLIGHT INSTALLED BY THEM A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO. THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR RECENTLY. WE ALSO HAD A MIRAGE SLIDING SCREEN DOOR INSTALLED SEVERAL YEARS AGO. WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH BOTH, AND I AGAIN TALKED WITH THEM ABOUT INSTALLING ADDITIONAL SKYLIGHTS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERNS. WE WILL LIKELY HAVE THEM INSTALL MORE SKYLIGHTS AT A LATER DATE.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ALSO DO SOLAR TUBES. PAYMENT WAS NOT REQUIRED UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

WORK PERFORMED COMPETENTLY AND QUICKLY. KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF.

THE INSTALLATION SPECIALIST WAS VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL, THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN ONE DAY EACH TIME AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE SOLATUBES.

THE SHOWROOM AND STAFF WERE QUITE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE PRICE WAS MORE FOR THIS SKYLIGHT THAN ANOTHER BRAND OF SOLAR SKYLIGHT. IT TURNS OUT THAT THIS SKYLIGHT WAS MORE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL THAN THE OTHER SIMILAR SKYLIGHTS. WE HAD TO RETURN TO GET MORE EXTENSIONS TO MAKE IT REACH THE ROOFLINE WHICH DROVE UP THE COST OF THE SKYLIGHT. THE EXTENSIONS WERE MORE DIFFICULT TO PUT IN PLACE THAN ANOTHER BRAND WE HAD INSTALLED. THE LIGHT FROM THE SKYLIGHT IS VERY GOOD AND AM HAPPY WITH THE END PRODUCT.
