+ -1 moreHe worked quickly, perhaps too quickly because he stripped the screw on one side of the faucet. That lead to a more expensive repair later on. He was very friendly, professional; he came in and got straight to work. I would not use them again because of the damage that was done.

He is a really smart guy. We will absolutely continue to use him. He is without question the best plumber we have ever worked with.
Description of Work: We use Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning because we own rental properties and he does all of our work. He last swapped out a couple of faucets in a very old house. It was tricky and he was careful. He did an excellent job and saved us a ton of money.

He had lots of information and he provided me with lots of options when I presented the work to be done. I paid additional for the supplies.

Description of Work: They worked on three toilets and one sink. One toilet was totally replaced. Another one had not been seated properly from my mistake and he corrected it. The last toilet had been leaking and he fixed it. I also had a slow draining sink that he fixed in a few minutes.

He advised us that the outdoor water fawcett might have a variety of cause but counseled a wait and see approach. He did not charge us for his visit which I thought was really professional. He could have tinkered with the plumbing and charge us but did not. We appreciated his approach which was to wait and see what happened. I give him high points for that. Nice guy to boot.

He immediately figured out what the problem was and replaced the wax seal ring at the toilet base and the flush tank fill valve. He fixed the issue fairly quickly and didn't leave a mess behind in any way. Everything was in perfect condition when he left. I would definitely recommend him. I had a big deal coupon, so I ended up paying $150 approx for this instead of $250.
Description of Work: Fixed a toilet leaking at the base. Also fixed a problem with the flush tank fill valve.
