I mad an appointment the day before and they indicated they will come in later afternoon - the same day in the evening they called me and said that an appointment was available the next morning due to a cancellation - they arrived - checked on the problem, verified other issues including a leaking faucet and made the repairs. Good to finally deal with real professionals

Description of Work: I purchased a kitchen and bathroom faucet from them, and they installed both. The price I listed includes cost of faucets. Right after installation, I noticed that one of the faucets was scratched - they were very nice about it and replaced it with a new one ASAP. The only reason I gave a B for quality is that the bathroom faucet handles shift after use, and I have to keep adjusting them by hand every few weeks. I was specifically trying to avoid this problem by buying new faucets. I'm not sure if there is any way that they could have permanently fixed this problem, but it seems like there should be...

Description of Work: Cleaned out all bathroom lines to unplug toilet and shower. Was very friendly and considerate of the problem. They were done in record time. I will use again.

Description of Work: Well, they fixed the leak under the sink-we haven't had a problem since. However, we wanted them to put a new was ring under the toilet and "reseat it". Unfortunately, the first guy didn't repair it correctly so the company had to send out a new guy. This guy too was 30 minutes late but at least the 2nd time the toilet was repaired to out satisfaction.

Description of Work: Return visit to adjust a previously installed kitchen faucet. Mike didn't charge for the visit. I'm very impressed by his professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Mike connected the plumbing in our new bathroom vanity and spent a lot of time working to remedy the drip in our other bathroom where the spout in the tub had developed a leak, that was getting worse, when the shower was on. He had to get a replacement part that he didn't have in stock and that did the trick. It's an older shower/bath faucet set up and we were afraid we'd have to remove tile and get a whole new faucet set but everything works fine. Mike was professional, on time, and best yet, we have no more leaks.

Description of Work: Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain what the problem was and how he would need to fix it. I thought his rates were very reasonable. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Description of Work: I used him at both my home and at my mom's. I was very pleased with his responsiness and prices too. I had drains at both houses that needed to be cleaned out. Also, had three toilets that needed to be installed and for him to correct some of what I had done. I would use again and recommend to others

Description of Work: My husband was convinced that the underground perf. pipe was not draining properly and was dumping water under our house. Mike's came out and provided a free estimate. After scoping the entire line with camera's, they ran high-pressure water to clear debris. They found a crushed section of pipe under my concrete walkway as well as a section in front of the crawl space. They sent a team out and jackhammered the concrete out, fix both sections of pipe and repaired the concrete. They warned me it would not be a good color match and that the saw cuts would show but seriously, it was so much better than I had planned. They have also set an appointment for October to re-test just to ensure it's working and that appointment is no charge to me. I love working with them and Nicole who runs their office is a dream to work with. I would recommend them (and have already) and I would use them again.

Description of Work: He was on time, used his time with us poorly. spent a lot of the time out in his truck and would come back into the house talking on his cell phone. But did not discount his time for all the time he used to conduct business. Had to use a few items from his truck and the charge for them was exorbitant. He did not detail the items he had used from his stock. Work was done at my rental. Person renting was there and said, after I paid the bill, "Well, you got hosed on that one."

Description of Work: I called to get an appointment. There were numerous voicemails, but no actual person. I was able to set up the appointment, via voicemail. The appointment was for a time that I was not free and for the wrong service. I finally got a hold of an actual person. Got the appointment and the correct service. The appointment got changed from 12 to 2 and then at 2:10 was told they were late and it would be 3-3:30. At about 3:40, no service. I called to cancel. No person, just voicemail. 10 minutes after I cancelled, Mike showed. I was busy and had to take care of other things that I put off for this appointment... laundry and dishwasher that were running that would have been shut off because the water would have been shut off. I want a refund because I have no faith that Mike's will provide the service I need done.

Description of Work: We had a clogged toilet. I bought a coupon, but when we called Mike's, they said he wouldn't be able to come for nearly a week (he is the only plumber there -- and he was booked.) We do have another toilet, but by the next day the clogged one was getting very unpleasant & we called Mike's again & said that if he couldn't come soon, we'd have to find someone else. He worked us in about 24 hours later & did a great job, rotorooting it.
