Mike's office was quite responsive in getting back to me via e-mail and phone. They scoped and scheduled the time needed over the phone, and gave me a ball park estimate. Mike showed up on time, was professional, and clean. He did a great job, and I feel he charged a fair price. We would use him again.

Mike arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. I wanted him to install a 2 new faucets i had purchased for the kitchen and the bathroom. I have 1956 plumbing so we had to make some fitting adjustments in the kitchen and now it works great. The faucet I purchased for the bathroom did not fit the sink properly so I said I'd return it and get another one to fit the space. When I do I will call Mike back and have him install it. Overall I was very satisfied with Mike and work he did for me and would not hesitate to call on him again.

This was a job purchased with an Angie's Big Deal. I had a small job but i new my regular plumber would probably charge $200+. I called Mike's office & got right through, no voicemail, and an appointment was made to fit my schedule. The office confirmed with me a couple times and Mike called too to find out exactly what the job was. Mike showed up on time, in fact a little early, which was fine with me. He had called ahead to make sure it was okay. He was very nice and very professional. The job was done quickly & to my complete satisfaction.

Mike arrived on time and ready to go. He removed the old disposal and installed the replacement garbage disposal, working diligently for about an hour. He pointed out that my kitchen faucet sprayer had a leaky connection and attempted to correct it. I'd already done one fix on the faucet and knew it was on its last legs, so I wasn't disappointed when he told me that I'd need a new spray faucet and hose to really correct the issue. He gave me brand recommendations when asked. Then, on to the toilet fix. My Champion toilet had a poorly designed flush mechanism that relied on a chain that progressively wore out and broke at the point where it connected to the flush arm. I was literally at the end of my chain, and had obtained a completely re-designed replacement assembly from American Standard. Mike's task was to remove the flush mechanism and replace it with the new one. He proceeded to do so. Good job, another hour's work. The outdoor pipes that were broken were PVC plastic. Mike wanted to replace them with a newer type of plastic that would be able to expand in cold weather to avoid burst pipes. This made sense to me...even though the reason the pipes froze in the first place was because I forgot to turn off the water source to the fixture. Mike made a quick trip to the hardware store to buy some special pipe fittings he needed to make the repair and proceeded to disassemble and reassemble the plumbing. It took about an hour. I was all ready to turn on the water source and see how it worked. Mike said I needed to wait until the glue had set up. He told me to turn on the water source and test the spigot in two days and report back to him if I there were any problems. Will do! I'm totally satisfied with Mike's work. He's a really nice man who worked non-stop, completed all the tasks I had for him in under 3 hours, and cleaned up after himself. He rates an A+. Thanks, Mike!

He was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss a larger issue I am having with my sewer line, and discussed possible solutions for exploration at a later time. I would recommend Mike. His prices seem fair for the industry.

I had been advised when buying the home by the pre-sale inspection that the water pressure was too high and I should have a plumber install a pressure reducer vale. So I knew this was going to be pricey, but decided to take advantage of a "special," and prepaid online. Mike came out and did some checks and said that my pressure was within the code. He then looked over my hot water heaters and said that his advice was to not put in the valve, probably saving $250. I went with his advice. He also only charged me $70 for the service call and I have the coupon in the bank for the next time I need help.. Definitely will be calling Mike when that is needed.

Per hour, more expensive than other plumbers I talked to but much better thus saved money in total costs because he was able to finish the job in less time. Had trouble at times getting in touch with the secretary and he ran late due to an emergency but he got in and qucikly did the job well. I would recomend and will likely use him again for future plumbing jobs.

Mike and Nicole were great! This was a sudden, as I'm sure most plumbing issues are, problem and we were just getting ready to rent the house when a slow leak turned into a much bigger problem. Both Mike and Nicole were very responsive and he gave us a ballpark quote for the job over the phone and was at the house within a day to give us a bid on the project. The feedback from our general contractor was that he did a great job and would definitely use him again on projects.

I had that kind of project where everything turned out to be worst-case scenario. Mike from Mikes' Plumbing & Drain was the one contractor I could count on. He explained the scope of the work before we began & provided options. He showed up exactly as promised, did the work & left the area clean. He called & left me messages as were relevant so I always knew what was happening. When a Ghroe part failed (unusual, but it happened to me), Mike installed the replacement part at no-charge. I'm not sure he would want me to say that, but I feel it's important to share how fair, honest and straightforward Mike is. I can't imagine ever using another plumbing professional. I like how I can schedule 'non emergency' work by email but can call if there is an emergency (leak) and Mike has always been able to (somehow) get to me quickly including before or after traditional working hours.

They are a local company. They did a good job and they were here on time. They were very professional. They were very clean and cleaned up the mess. They did the job in an hour and a half and were out of here. I was happy and they were happy too. I thought the price was very reasonable. The leak was in the pipe under the sink so they replaced the whole thing and put a new trap in the bottom of it. They did a good job. They were here when they said they would be here and did what they said they'd do which in today's world is rather unusual. Most of the time I do my own work but in this case I just didn't want to get under the sink so I thought the price was fair. I don't really have that much experience in knowing what the market rate is on things like this. They did outstanding work. I set up an appointment and it turned out that they had an emergency but they were very timely in letting me know and if it worked out so there was no problem. I understand when you're in a plumbing business and you've got pipes blowing in the basement, my leaky sink is not that important but they kept me well informed. As soon as they found out that they had an emergency with another customer they called me up and asked if they could delay it for a period of time so they didn't keep me guessing on it. They did a good job and they gave me a quote. There was no having to go look for extra parts. They had everything they needed. They came in, did the job in an hour and a half or so and replaced a bunch of things. It works better than it ever has.

Great - we loved this company and would gladly use them again if we weren't leaving the area.

They also subsequently installed a sink and it was a lot more expensive than I thought it should be. I will consider using them again in the future.

We had never used Mike's before, but we were referred there by another plumber from Angie's List who was too busy to see us. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, and Mike himself came out and did the job. I was busy when he was here, but my wife reported that he was great to deal with, professional, and accomplished the job promptly, with no fuss and left the bathroom clean as a whistle. We're definitely putting Mike's in our address book under Plumbing and will use him again whenever we need a plumber.

Woke up saw puddles, panicked due to twenty guests coming tonight, called another plumber, he was booked but referred me to Mike. Woman who answered the phone was really sweet and best of all laid out all the possible scenarios and rates for each. Luckily it was the best case scenario. Mike was in and out in 40 minutes but worked diligently while he was here and got the job done. I hope to have no more plumbing crises soon but I'd surely call Mike's again!

Mike is a very pleasant individual felt Very comfortable having him in the home. He was ON TIME... very knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up after himself. A very good experience and I would hire him again... (and plan to in the near future when I have my faucets changed over). I thought the price was more than fair.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! MIKE IS A REALLY NICE, HONEST GUY WHO CAME OVER VERY QUICKLY AND GOT THE DRAIN CLEANED OUT AND GAVE ME A LOT OF HELPFUL INFORMATION ON SOME OTHER PLUMBING ISSUES GOING ON WITH OUR OLD HOUSE. HE WAS IN AND OUT MUCH FASTER THAN I HAD EXPECTED AND THE BILL WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
