Peter was extremely efficient. He understood my ask perfectly and was able to execute it quickly and without issue. Peter also zip-tied in the modem, router, and wiring which I had hoped he would do but forgot to mention it before he started the work.

Full Service Electrical was excellent across the board, and I will be using them in the future for any electrical work that may come up. Peter was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He worked straight through two full days to get the job done, even coming back the second day to complete a few more items that unexpectedly came up during the first days work. I was quoted their very reasonable (for Seattle!) hourly rate for the extra work, and he was back the next day to finish everything up. He had novel solutions for my old house wiring that helped keep the job minimally invasive, and he was very respectful of our space, taking great care to clean up after himself. All in all, a very good experience at a very fair price. Can't recommend them enough!

Mike and his crew are the best. I have an old, 1960s condo that I am upgrading slowly over time and have called on their services on a number of occasions. I have always been happy with them. This time Peter came out to install a bathroom light in a different location and upgrade some dimmer switches. He showed up promply, was thorougly professional and did the work efficiently while keeping the place clean. Not surprisingly, they tend to be booked out, but I find the wait worth it.

Very efficient and helpful with solutions. They found a very cost effective way to upgrade/repair my electric baseboard heater.

I have used MIke and the folks from his company on a number of prior electrical jobs as I upgrade the electrical work in my old condominium unit. MIke and his associates have always done a great job (prompt, timely completion, clear communication before hand and great job at a reasonable price). Would use them again.

Mike and his colleague were very efficient, communicative, and conscientious about the quality of their work. They took care of any area of the house they were working in—laying down drop cloths for their tools and they made sure to clean up the area after they had completed their work. Excellent service and work. Reasonably priced. Super nice guys. Even replaced a lot of lightbulbs that I can't reach! First used FSE in 2012. Haven't had any electrical needs since then but still the same great work.

Great. I live in an old condo that has old "creative" wiring so I have used MIke and his colleagues on more than one occasion to address issues. Mike and his associates have always been responsive, timely and do a great job.

Excellent!. The electrician arrived on time for our appointment fully prepared to do the work required. The wiring inspection was completed in detail and revealed no major issues. A new properly rated thermostat was installed and the system operationally checked. The electrician was highly professional and honest. The job was completed for a fair price with no surprises.

Full Electric Service came in to provide a quote for a punch list of projects around the house and in our basement that we had put off for years. Not only were they extremely thorough with their bid and day of activities, but the work was done extremely well and the bill was under budget. It was an excellent experience. The bid came with a few options so I could pick what I wanted and the price I could afford. Email communication was timely. Scheduling was easy and the electricians were professional and very friendly folks. They called with questions that were appropriate. Tenants in the house who work from home said "I think they did great and were respectful of space. They were nice and gave us a heads up when there was going to be loud noise, helping coordinate between our meetings."

Mike and his crew are punctual, focused on the job and finish when they say they will. Full Service Electric offers homeowners ways to work within budgets (i.e. I dig the trenches for lines, I put in the posts for boxes outside, etc.) and offers ways to do the job to save time and give you what you want. I expect to complete all my electrical needs with Full Service Electric.

The crew was excellent - very professional, personable, wore masks, cleaned up after themselves, and very competent.

Mike and Jeff worked quickly and thoroughly. Mike also suggested that we upgrade our kitchen can lights to LED, which we did. He provided the new LED can lights at a very reasonable price. We are very happy that we made their acquaintance, and will certainly call on them again when we need an electrician.

Mike, the owner, has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout this process. This project had a lot of moving parts, but throughout it all, Mike was always very helpful in providing the pros and cons of different options, along with always freely sharing his technical expertise, so I always felt that he was listening to what I had to say and helping me make the best decision for my situation and budget. Mike consistently provided me with candid, and realistic, feedback and recommendations, that were super helpful as we put together the design and implementation plan for this work. Initially, the plan was to do the rewiring from the upstairs, which would have required quite a few holes to be drilled in the apartment, which would require additional work and repairs. However, once I approached Mike about making the downstair ceiling accessible, he was able to provide me an updated, and less expensive, quote that was completed with only a single, small, wall cut that was repaired flawlessly. Once the job started, the professionalism, technical expertise and timeliness that Mike had consistently exhibited, continued with the 3-4 person crew that spent a couple weeks at my home. They were always very approachable when I had questions, great listeners when I had issues or concerns, very timely and hardworking, extremely respectful of the tenants space and, every single day, they would leave both the apartment, and the downstairs area, very clean and organized. In summary, my experience with FSE has been nothing short of outstanding for this extensive, complex, and diverse rewiring job. I would highly recommend FSE for any electrical job you have for your home or business.
