Mike, the owner of Full Service Electric, exceeded all my expectations! The job turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated, but he stuck to his original estimate. Mike works efficiently and quietly. He protects all floors and surfaces. He arrives on time, and when the job is done, he cleans the whole area, spic and span! I will use Full Service Electric again, as I have another electrical project that I need to have done. Mike is completely reliable, honest and professional and I recommend him and his company highly. Full Service Electric is the approved electrical contractor for the condominium building I live in, and I understand why the company has been chosen by our Homeowner's Association. Thank you, Mike.

I can't say enough good things about this provider. The replacement fixture was above my staircase in the entryway. They needed to use an extra long ladder at an angle over the staircase which required moving some furniture and artwork. They were very careful in the process. The other fixture was a brand new install that had to be wired in. The lighting dealer has sold me the wrong bulbs for it, which I only realized after Full Service Electric pointed it out. Without my knowledge, one of the electricians went out and purchased the correct bulbs so when the install was finished, it was working with the correct bulbs and looked beautiful. They didn't charge me for the bulbs. Also, a tiny piece of the fixture was broken. They repaired that too and you couldn't even see the flaw. They went above and beyond.

Frankly excellent. The work was performed timely and always kept us informed. Friendly and professional. Referred to us by our long time plumber. We will continue to use the company as we have issues and requirements. I cannot say enough.

I can't say enough good things about Mike / Full Service Electric. My house needed some major electrical work done to my house and I also wanted to upgrade the electrical service to my detached garage and so I contacted and met with three electrical contractors, off Angie's list. When discussing the installation of the new main breaker/pipe/weather head on the outside the house, Mike actually walked me up the street to show me how similar houses have it installed in my neighborhood (unsightly at best). He said he could install it the same as my neighbors but was the only one of the 3 contractors that offered another option that would look much better (by having the box and pipe installed within the wall). The estimate provided by Mike's/FSE was hundreds less than the estimates I received from the other two contractors. I did not hire Mike/FSE just based on cost, but due to the fact spent some time discussing the project, explaining things and offering solutions. Mike and his apprentice Jeff showed up at the appointed time and went to work. They both were very professional and took the time to answer my questions throughout the project. I was very impressed with the final results of their work. Mike also made sure the areas he worked were cleaned up afterwards. The final cost was the same as his estimate. I have worked with a number of contractors over the years in my professional career and I have to say that Mike/FSE is exceptional in terms of customer service, quality of work and enjoying what he does. I've already recommended Mike to friends and will hire him again if I need any electrical work done in the future.

Scheduling was great. I'm pretty much only home one day a week, and Mike was totally agreeable to doing the work on a holiday. He arrived a few minutes late, but called at the appointment time to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late, so that was great. His work was very good, his behavior very professional, and he was very tidy. I thought his hourly rate was very reasonable. It took him about an hour longer than he had estimated over the phone, but that was not unexpected because he was estimating from my description only, and I'm by no means an electrical expert. He took great care in finding a circuit with capacity for the new outlet, and double-checked the electrical requirements for the wine cooler so there would be no problems. I will certainly use Mike in the future if I have other electrical job.

I have used full service electric 3 times now and Mike has always been prompt, courteous, very professional and not expensive for the amount of time he puts in doing a top notch job. He can trouble-shoot any electrical problem and install any appliance or lights. You name it and Mike can do it. This is the only electrical service I will use as long as it's available!

Excellent work!!! Mike was on time, stayed late to finish and cleaned up his mess and the mess that was left by a plumber. I got three bids for my seller and Mike was in the middle but only by $50.00 however his estimate was exactly what the final bill was. I find sometimes that the bill goes up because the lowest bit didn't include the permit or another item in the end. I will be hiring Mike again for any and all future electrical items. Diana Nelson

Everything went fine, couldn't be happier!

Mike at Full Service Electric was always on time and super professional. I bought an older 1925 house that had original wiring and no insulation. Mike made sure all wiring was up to date and safe in order for the insulators to blow in cellulose. Previously had him change a panel that was recalled and his bid was among the most reasonable bids. He is very competent and seems to go the extra mile. He even found a bag of hidden jewelry in the rafters and gave it to me!

He's the best electrical troubleshooter I've ever seen. He's honest, hard-working and cleans up after himself! I highly recommend him.

I called 36 hours before Thanksgiving in a bit of a panic as I needed hall lights installed in my front entry to get ready for Thanksgiving. Full Service Electrical came over at 7:30 the morning before Thanksgiving (when they said they would)and installed my lights very well. They were professional in all aspects. I really appreciated their flexibility with their holiday schedule that they went out of their way to work me in so I would be ready for Thanksgiving. Also, I had forgotten that I paid them that day with all my holiday hustle and bustle. So I sent them another check in the mail a few weeks later. They contacted me, said I had already paid them and mailed me back my check for the second (duplicate) payment. Wow. Impressive in todays world. Their integrity is what a consumer hopes the business they hire has. Full Service delivered. I recommend them!

We originally had another company install our transfer switch back in October and boy did they do a poor job. Thank goodness I found Full Service Electric to redo the work. Mike showed up on a Saturday and took his time to do the job right the first time. Hands down, this company is the best in their field and are very professional about it too.

This company is outstanding. All I needed was a new outlet in the attic of our 2012 home. I've been looking for an electrian for this simple job and was given quotes as high as $550 (all through Angie's lists). We were about to give in when we got a return call (which was shocking since a lot didn't even bother) and Mike gave me a rough estimate and said that he could be there on Saturday morning. Mike was on time and done in less than a hour. These guys don't mess around and are very professional. I wished I used them instead of Northwest Electric and Solar for our transfer switch job and installation of the attic fan.
