The two young electricians were on time, and completed work in one hour. The work looks great, everything was cleaned up before leaving. Both were very efficient and businesslike, and it was Emily's second time for doing work at our house. We highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with this company - Mike came and did a fair bid for this multi-item job, scheduled pretty much right away, arrived promptly and not only fixed what needed to be fixed but also explained things along the way. The wireless smoke detectors are perfect, and the new outlet for the Chevy Bolt is placed perfectly. They took down a huge TV and fixed the wall, and all I have to do is paint. I'm just really happy to have found this great team. I will be using them again soon - highly recommend.

Fantastic! We've used Mike before to install recessed lights in a high living room ceiling. His prices are reasonable, he responds promptly, shows up on time and completes the jobs as expected. He comes back promptly if any follow-up items are needed. We definitely trust Mike's work and will use him again.

Excellent. It as a very hot day and they had to work in a very hot attic. They patched and mudded all the drywall where they had to cut it. Afterwards they cleaned up all the scraps, and vacuumed the floor - very neat and tidy. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

The project went very well. Mike and Emily showed up when they said they would, went straight to work and completed the job in the time allotted. We have used FSE many times in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their work, their punctuality and their pricing.

My remodel contractor had purchased timers for the new ceiling fan/heater, but was unable to get them to work. I still had the packaging and the instruction sheet for both the timers and the ceiling unit. From these, the Full Service Electric technician quickly determined that the timers I had were not the correct type, and not rated for the unit I have. She fetched and installed new timers (which were actually the same brand as my contractor had purchased.)

This project turned out quite well and the overall experience was better than I had expected given the potential for disruption caused by electrical work being done in every room of the house for nearly two weeks. Full Service Electric is a small, well-run company and Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, and considerate of our home and daily schedule. Emily came to the house for the initial discussion about the scope of work, and Mike did a walk-through the week before the job started. Mike and/or Emily were on the job every day, communication about the work was clear and informative, and the work itself was of high quality. (Details: We provided a basic electrical plan at the start of the job, and each day we moved and covered furniture and protected household objects as needed. They used drop-cloths on the floor surfaces of each work area, patched the plaster where holes were created in the walls to pull wires or replace switches, and cleaned up at the end of each day.) Mike is familiar with the unique challenges of rewiring an older home and his estimates for the amount of time and the cost of the work were accurate and reasonable. He was flexible and responsive throughout the project, offering good suggestions that enabled us to make minor changes and upgrades as we saw the work progress. The rewiring was the first phase of our house renovation and we intend to hire Full Service Electric for the future kitchen remodel.

Mike and his crew were great! He gave a detailed quote, came in on time and finished early. They cleaned up after themselves and were detailed on what they were doing. Also, I had a few last minute additions and asked to swap out the recessed lighting he had installed. They did this with no problem. I would highly recommend!

Without a hitch and I'm a hard one to please.

I contacted the company via email in December and did not get a response but when I sent a second request I got an immediate answer and scheduled an appointment. Emily was prompt and worked efficiently to replace an outlet and run a connection to a light on the deck stairs. Including the trip to Home Depot for supplies, she was involved for 3 hours. She cleaned up for thoroughly when she finished. Although electrical work always seems very expensive, I am pleased with the result.
