Jim arrived on-time to provide an estimate to perform the work. He had to bring in a ladder from his truck to see if he could reach the high ceiling. Once he concluded that this was feasible, he offered to stay and complete the job. We agreed to a price and the work was completed within 45 minutes. As a bonus, he re-wired the family room 2-way lighting switches so they worked properly without additional charge. Jim was prompt, pleasant and professional.

Everything went just fine. They were very punctual and professional. We haven't used it enough to see if everything is working properly, but when they checked it and it seemed to be working fine. I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

I am a victim of the flood that hit Washington in Dec 2007. I used to have a little creek running at the edge of my property. The county turned the creek into a fish ladder which overflowed and started eroding my property causing a mudslide. Since I had a pool with a pool house the City of Brier was afraid it was going to slide next. I had to have the power (gas, electric and water) that went to the pool house severed from the house or they were going to have to evict me. Edmonds Electric sent someone out the next day. He was very helpful and efficient and I will definitely use them again.

We had a difficult time getting a call back. When we finally connected, he made the appointment for 6 days later. Because of the holidays, the time seemed reasonable. He never showed up or called.

I haven't had a problem with my circuit box so far so they must have done a really good job. The price was very reasonable and I liked that they never changed the estimate. Additionally, they had to trim a tree to get to the mask outside and did that at a discounted price.

They came out and talked to me and after hearing about the situation, he was able to track the problem to the garage. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very patient and nice to work with. He was knowledgeable and prompt.

Not well.

First of all, he was $50 cheaper than what he quoted me. Second, he was supposed to come Friday but he had an emergency come up so he offered to come over the weekend and didn't charge me any extra. I thought that was extraordinary.

Very prompt service next working day. Jim clearly explained things as he went, and also noted, in general, the limitations of my current electrical system (box, wiring, etc.) that might need to be addressed if/when I do any extensive additions that require electrical applicances.

Great, he was on time. Courteous. He explained my options, and gave suggestions that were reasonable.

I called the company with an urgent need to get these heaters installed as tenants were without heat. Jim was wonderful. He was very responsive and went right out the same day to assess the situation. After giving me an honest and thorough opinion, we agreed on a price and he made sure that the job was complete within a few days. I would definitely recommend Jim. He was very easy to work with.

I called and left a message regarding the problem. I was called back within 24 hours and told he would be out the next afternoon (it was not an emergency). He quoted a service call charge of $129. He only charged me $89 ($97.01 with Tax).

Although my job was not a large one, I figured it might take the better part of a day. If the two people I spoke to didn't want such a small job I thought they should have told me so, rather than promising to call me back and never following through.

THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN BUDGET AND ON TIME. WE WERE GIVEN SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR THE LIGHTING HARDWARE. JIM ALSO SUGGESTED SOME OPTIONS FOR UPDATING OUR BASEBOARD HEATERS. HE WAS NICE TO OUR KIDS TOO.
