+ -1 morePurchased a deal for DZ Carpets through Groupon. Scheduled for a Saturday. Received a call the morning of, saying he would be late, which was okay. Received another call later, cancelling due to family affairs. I said okay, but needed to reschedule on a weekend. He agreed, and said Sundays were even better. I was amenable to that.Called to schedule the next week, and was told he did not want to do weekends, and spoke to me as though Groupon customers deserve a lower standard of treatment. I was floored, and contacted Groupon. They said I should work it out with him; when I explained I had, and they still refused to refund my money, my next call was to Visa. Problem solved. Got my money back.This company lacks professionalism.
