DMC was very responsive to my call and came out right away to give an estimate. The work was done as promised, and on time, no mess was left behind and the appearance of the roof is much improved. This is a family business and they take pride in their work.

Called David to get an estimate. He was able to come to the house without us being there. Great communication throughout the process. He did an outstanding job with the moss removal, roof treatment and cleanup. He was very professional in all phases of the job. I would not hesitate to use him again. I will recommend him to all my friends.

David was here when he said he was going to be here. Thoroughly cleaned the roof, gutters and washed off the skylights(which we didn't expect) personable very fair on price and a joy to have around. I will hire him again in a minute.

Everything was done quickly and professionsally. It is probably one of my best experiences with having my gutters cleaned in 20 years. I will have David back as long as I have a home and/or as long as he is cleaning roofs and gutters. The bonus is that he does waterless cleaning, so there was less mess around the perimeter of the house.

David is a friendly, professional worker. He arrived on time, got to work right away. He cleaned the roof and added a moss preventive treatment. We have lots of trees around the house, and he had plenty of debris to remove in those treed areas. There was some clogging of the gutter in one area, so he followed through and got it flowing. He then tried to snake it a bit where it went into the underground drain, and let us know it was clogged in that area. I appreciated his thorough cleanup, he picked up afterwards, even blew the driveway. The roof looks great. Today it rained and everything was flowing well down the gutters, proof of his careful attention to all the downspouts. I would definitely call him again!

He was a delight to work with. On time, friendly, very clear about what he found -- he even took pictures of before and after of the section of the roof that is simply not visible from the yard. I will definitely use him again in the future!

David responded quickly to my initial phone call and provided a good bid, so based on the recommendatios from Angie's List, I hired him to clean my very mossy roof. He called to confirm the day before he came and arrived slightly ahead of schedule on the morning of the appointment. He went straight to work and spent 3 hours cleaning all the moss and debris off my roof. He brushed all the moss off by hand and used the blower to clean is so he could see any spots he missed. He also treated my roof with moss preventer. By the time he was through, my roof looked liked new. He carefully cleaned all the debris off my deck, patio and yard. I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but this was honestly one of the best. David was nice, thorough, punctual and well priced. He told me my roof was in good shape and saved me hundreds of dollars because a roofer told me recently I probably needed a new roof because of the moss! I would highly recommend him!

I was hugely impressed with the end results of his work. Hadn't had a moss treatment since moving in 4+years back and was in much need. Courteous, very good clean up, and very honest about roof condition and when we might need to call him back. Will definitely call him again.

And when hired, in consideration of a very tight deadline for roof-cleanup prior to other projects starting on the house, David went right to work. We are so pleased with the very thorough job David did to remove moss and debris, provide preventive treatment to the roof, and leave the site very neat and clean. The roof looks great and we really appreciated David’s responsiveness. He is also very personable and was a pleasure to deal with.

I called David and left a message on his answering machine which he returned promptly. He explained how he does his work by not using the pressure washer which I liked very much. He arrived right on time and proceed with his manual cleanup of the moss on our roof. He's very polite and pleasant to work with. David did an excellent job and I will recommend him to my friends.

David's prices and services were way better than his competition. We talked to a number of companies who were either outrageously expensive or afraid to take on the job because of the pitch of the roof. David came out to check out the house in person and gave us a completely reasonable estimate. He was a really nice guy to work with, very responsive to calls and kept us updated on his schedule. He showed up to work as promised at 6AM (extra early because of the heat wave). And he left the patio and driveway even cleaner than it was before he started. Before the cleaning, we were anticipating that the roof had only a few years of life left, but now that it's clean, it turns out it's in much better shape than we thought, and it looks virtually like new.

He returned my call the same day. We agreed he would come to the house while I was at work the next day and would take a look at the roof and then call me with an estimate. He did so and we discussed the plan. I didn't want him to start early in the morning because I have a renter who sleeps in. He was very accommodating of her schedule and mine. On the afternoon he did the cleaning, he timed it so that he was just finishing up as I got home from work. The works looks great and I think it was a very fair price. I highly recommend.

David did an excellent job. He kept us up to date as to when he could come and was very punctual. The roof and gutters look great.

David was great. He was very reponsive throughout the process. Weather delayed timing of job, but he was very proactive in contacting me and rescheduling. Roof itself looks great. Very thorough with job and cleanup, including gutters. Wish all vendor interactions were this smooth. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job

David gave me a price and I thought it was a fair price. We arranged for David to do the job in approx. two weeks. He called me and arranged an exact day and time. He arrived as promised. Did the job. The next day we had a down pour and one gutter backed up. I called David and he came within a couple of hours and again cleaned out the clogged drain. I offered to pay him extra because I thought he worked so long and h****** the clogged drain. David refused any extra money because he said he guaranteed his work. WOW, how awesome is that.

Husband and wife team came on time, and were friendly. They say it would take two hours and they completed it in two hours. Afterwards, we both walked around agreed it looked good. But after they left, later on, I was in upstairs bedroom looking out and saw the moss remaining on this north side of the roof. So I called and they came right the next day and cleaned / removed the remaining moss. They offered to wash the gutters, using water, cleaning liquid and brush, and they did it great, for free; I needed to say it is not their typical job. So at the end, I am 100% satisfied and would hire them again.

Positive experience from start to finish. Very quick to return phone calls and when the weather wasn't cooperating and the job couldn't be started until the following week, he contacted me as soon as the forecast improved to schedule the job. Very meticulously and gently cleaned our moss-infested roof using only a small brush and rake (no pressure washing). Wiped moss out of gutters and even sprayed down our deck once he was done. David was a pleasure to work with. Responsive, professional, on-time, reasonably priced, and did a great job.

David showed up promptly for work and spent the majority of the day working on the roof. The final product was clean and workmanlike and really made our roof look new again. David was unable to reach one of our windows, and by way of apology he cleaned needles and leaves from our shed roof, walkway, and entire four-car driveway! The house and yard were left in great shape. We have asked David to contact us next year at gutter-cleaning time to do it again.

My gutters were overflowing. On Monday I called David whom I had used before at my home in Marysville. He called me right back and set up an appointment to give me an estimate the next day (Tuesday). I okayed the price and he arranged to come do the work the next day (Wednesday). He arrived on time and worked steadily until my roof was moss free and the gutters were running smoothly. I have a fairly steep roof but that proved no obstacle for him. David is pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in need of roof or gutter cleaning.

I was able to send him digital pictures of the roof moss and he was able to give me an estimate via email. He performed the work and was then able to show me before and after pictures of the roof that I could not photograph from the ground. The entire experience was relatively painless!

PERFORMED AS HE SAID HE WOULD EXCEPT FOR TIMING, WHICH WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER. OVERALL A GOOD JOB.
