Description of Work: Upon moving into my new home, I had David and Susan come to do an estimate. At that time we agreed on a price, and I wrote them a check for the amount in full. We then had some scheduling issues, which could not be resolved, so I cancelled the housecleaning and said that I would call them to reschedule. I did try to do that later that year, with no luck. Now I am trying to receive my refund, over a year later, but was just told "I had gotten my money 'years ago' and was hung up on! I had asked for a refund by a certain date (this was my 2nd or 3rd request), and had given them my phone number for a call if they had any questions. Any reasonable business person would have contacted me to say, I sent you a check on this date and you cashed it on this date, rather than waiting for me to call AGAIN. I would never use or recommend this company.

Description of Work: DNS provided a professional cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom of a rental house I own. They made the place appear as if it were brand new.....it was perfect. I have used them before and that is why I called them this time. They always exceed my expectations. They are honest, punctual, totally professional and actually quite reasonable in their price. I was not in town when they did the work and I knew I could trust them with the key. I was excited to return from being gone so that I could go to the home and see how beautiful it was as a result of their efforts.-------- and I was delighted with the result.

Description of Work: I was under the impression that I had purchased a deep cleaning house service for 6 hours. They did not complete the job in 6 hours. Did not even get to the floor cleaning--there was only the bathroom floor to be waxed and polished. In the time they had--3 hours, with two people the stove top was cleaned, the cupboards washed--3 small sections under 10 feet.--carpet floor picked up and vacuumed, light bulbs replaced, toilet cleaned, Empty refrigerator cleaned out. BATHROOM FLOOR AND SINK AND COUNTER NOT CLEANED. Shower not cleaned entirely., My first experience with Angies list is a bust. Then the service owner complained to me about the way the job was booked. He had come previously to look at the job and he made a list of what he would do--he did not do 1/2 of what he said. Then he tried to sell me a $200,00 carpet cleaning, because he said carpet cleaning was not included. I want my membership refunded please. I do not want to deal with businesses on your list after this experience.

Description of Work: Performed a "turnover" cleaning of a rental house, including cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, shampooing carpets, cleaning light fixtures ... the full meal deal.

Description of Work: Polished and refurbished hardwood floors; aggressive wash, prep ‘bare’ areas to accept sealer and seal. Strip all old wax and dirt off asbestos tile in lower level, seal and top coat. Clean outside front screen door, remove cobwebs throughout, clean light switch covers, clean downstairs shower, clean grout on kitchen countertop, clean window sills throughout, clean mold off window frames (this will also require interior windows to be cleaned), clean knobs on appliances in basement, clean exterior of basement refrigerator, clean shelves and mirror in bar area in basement and clean cabinets around television area

Description of Work: Provider did a thorough pre-move in cleaning of a rental house in the kitchen and bathroom areas. They cleaned the refrigerator, cupboards, drawers, sink and under sink, floors in the kitchen and all aspects of the bathroom. The job was superb. The kitchen and bathroom appeared spotless and almost brand new.

The work was very thorough and the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen, light fixtures, cabinets, appliances all sparkle. The apartment looks great again!
