John did an excellent job. He was a few minutes early but waited until 9 AM in consideration of the neighbors (it was Saturday morning). He prepared well, was very thorough, used appropriate equipment and cleaned up thoroughly. All he did looked great; the driveway, walk and front porch have not looked so good in such a very long time. He was pleasant and helpful to deal with. I could reach him easily. I would definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him. The price was definitely right and very competitive with other bids I received.

Having John clean the decks and driveway is now an annual event. As long as he is available, I would not consider someone else. He washed our large and small decks, checked the front steps and driveway and treated a couple of places for moss. He last stained the decks two years ago and advised it would not be necessary this year. I appreciate his honesty. I usually try to have the decks somewhat cleared off but he started before I was prepared and he ended up moving plants and BBQ and birdbath, etc., plus cleaning off the glass patio table. His attention to detail is another point in this favor. His work is excellent and I think his rates are extremely reasonable.

John and his assistant did a superb job. This is the second year he has pressure washed for us. We have a very complicated house that has both a metal and composite roof as well as metal and wood siding. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. There is a lot of nice landscaping around the house as well as numerous planters. Each time John has pressure washed for us, he has done an excellent job protecting the landscaping. It is clear that he takes pride in his work. We will continue to use his services in the future and recommend him without hesitation.

John and his assistant called me the night before to confirm, and arrived on time. They spend a good 4.5 hours on the project. I felt comfortable with his answers to my questions, and I will use him again.

Based on excellent Angie's List reviews, I called John and he came over that same day to see what needing doing and gave me an estimate. Within a few days he and a helper came by and did the work in a completely satisfactory manner. One side of our driveway was heavily covered with moss, and John took extra care not to damage the asphalt. He also sprayed a moss control to help in the future. I won't wait so long next time!

I"ve used John Crawford pressure washing services annually for over 10 years. He genuinely cares about his quality of work. Pressure washing roofs and gutters is a messy job ejecting stuff out off the roof and gutters. He and his crew clean up after themselves really really well. I would recommended him to anybody. He recently added house painting to his services and I plan on using him for that.

A friend had referred John Crawford of Crawford's Pressure Washing and Painting to me for replacing gutters. My initial call to him was for an estimate for replacing gutters. I decided to hold off on the gutters, but hired him to do the work described about. He charged $500 to pressure wash the roof, repair a small section, and remove and haul off old gutters. He did the work promptly and well. I didn't get other estimates but this seemed like a good value. I then paid him $150 to pressure wash a small deck. And then he asked if I needed help with anything else, and I ended up paying him $70 to haul off 3 pieces of heavy furniture that I felt I shouldn't be lifting myself. Throughout the whole process his was very prompt to return phone calls, get back to me with an estimate, schedule the work, then follow up to let me know the work had been accomplished. He was polite and not pushy. I would happily hire him again.

He did mior repairs and then rolled and then brushed the paint in. Did an excellent job with the trim work.
