Description of Work: I emailed them thru their website about a jewelry appraisal. They answered all of my questions with clear answers, and responded within 4 hours of my request. I took my jewelry in, got the appraisal, resized my ring, and had my other ring reset after they checked it for me, and it was clear that three of the six prongs were worn down. I'm lucky I didn't lose my diamond.

Description of Work: My diamond had fallen out of my original wedding set (luckily we found it!) and I was worried about putting it back in the original setting so we went to Cline Jewelers in Edmonds and worked with Kim who patiently showed us different styles and then helped design the setting we went with. Everything happened as promised or even ahead of schedule and we were very pleased with the final product. My husband has been back twice to purchase gifts for me there and I have been so pleased with quality and unique design of both the bracelet and necklace he choose.

Description of Work: Kim has designed many pieces of jewelry for me. I took in old gold to sell to them, some family heirloom pieces and old pieces of jewelry that has been lying around for years.

Description of Work: I had 3 heirloom pieces of jewelry appraised. I had called in January and gone in. Kim looked at the jewelry and said I needed to get them appraised. The gal who did the appraisal was excellent. Although I knew the history behind the pieces, this gal could tell the age of the pieces. She gave me detailed information on how she thought each piece had been made. It was fascinating.

Description of Work: I have used them over the years, mainly to repair and clean jewelry. They are meticulous, honest, professional. This year my gold watch was stolen. I actually recovered it from a pawn shop through the police, mainly due to Cline's assistance. They supplied me with email and hard copies of photos they'd taken of watch when they had repaired it in past. They phoned me. They even recognized the watch when I returned to store and was wearing it. Their new store in downtown Edmonds is gorgeous. There are a lot of jewelers in Edmonds, but I would definitely go first to Clines for personal, knowledgeable service.. All of my experiences with them have been positive, rewarding, satisfying. When I first used them I lived in Edmonds. Since, have moved to Seattle, but still go back to Cline in Edmonds.
