Not only did they inspect, clean, and repair the gutters on the house (and do the work required on the outbuilding, too), they identified a problem with the roof that had never been mentioned by another company that we had clean the gutters twice a year for years. We had the roof problem repaired by a roofer we have used before and were very grateful the problem was pointed out to us. Their work came in slightly under the estimate, and was extremely professional. We will definitely hire them again.

The work was done and I paid the invoice. I happened to notice before he left one gutter to be replaced was not changed. At the time of the estimate during our walk-around other work was noted but not completed. When I checked the quote it was vague with only materials listed. (My fault for not requesting more detail of the exact work to be completed.) I still don't know what work was completed as compared to the estimate. It certainly was not what was discussed. He made notes at this time of things recommended to be done. I requested a detailed estimate and list of what was completed. There was no response after a week. I take responsibility for not reading the lack of fine print. But, could not recommend them based on my experience coupled with a lack of response.

We will definitely use them again and refer them to our friends. Tanya was professional and truly cares about the quality of the job. They came out for the minimum job price since we just needed a few fixes, and they checked out everything on the house and fixed anything found that we didn't know about.

I have used Cascade Creations for over the last 3-4 years. When ever I have a problem with my roof or gutters, they are folks I call.

She is efficient, meticulous, honest, professional and backs her work with a personal guarantee. I am very happy with everything. Last week we had an old'timey east coast gully washer of a thunderstorm. We probably had close to an inch of rain in 45 minutes. Everything drained perfectly and my basement remained dry. She can engineer your gutters to work perfectly as well as place downspouts to balance aesthetically with the existing architecture of your building. I also needed a creative way to drain my garage roof so that all the water went out the back NW corner of the building towards the alley. It was not a problem. It looks great and works perfectly.

It was a breeze, and Tanya was very easy to work with. I'm very happy with the job they did and the new gutters look good and are working great.

I was pretty satisfied with them. It seemed like they wanted the initial deposit and they postponed the installation date until the check was cleared. I don?t know if they didn?t trust or didn?t have the money for buying the materials. There was a little problem with the gutters since it wasn?t right and it didn?t drain properly. They took time and fixed the problem. So I got a positive impression of what they did.

I contacted them via email. Tanya responded immediately. Came out within 24 hours to give an estimate. Estimate was accurate and written. Ryan and Tanya came on the day at the time promised. Work is beautiful and extremely professional. I had a question about a week after completion - Ryan came out that day and fixed the problem promptly, professionally and then double checked the rest of the system to make absolutely sure there wouldn't be any more problems. As he left he said: "don't hesitate to call me, these are guaranteed." Couldn't have been a better experience.

This was a perfect engagement. Ryan's bid was substantially below the other bid that I had, and he was available to start immediately. He estimated 2 men for 2.5 days, and that's what it took. He built the wall to the manufacturer's spec., which I double checked on the manufacturer's website. He did an excellent job of avoiding the utility lines, which were buried in the area. The bottom line is that he did a wonderful, perfect job. The job site was left looking far better than it looked when he arrived. On time, and on budget.
