+ -1 moreCharlie was very professional and did a good job. He did the work using a remote log-in to my computer. I imagine a lot of what he did was pretty basic stuff for someone who is pretty tech savvy, but it was worth the $50 to get to the bottom of why my computer was running so slow.
Description of Work: Removed Skype. Removed Optimizer Pro. Investigated low hard drive space. Provided scanner for visualizing disk usage. Sent links for Microsoft Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.
