Brian has great listening skills, was respectful of our home, and takes pride in his work. There are no silly questions with Brian. He understands people are concerned about their security, comfort and budgets. He also did a general inspection our plumbing system when he was at our home, and took time to answer our questions with patience and honesty. A good, honest tradesman. Strongly recommend!
