Courteous, extremely professional, excellent attention to detail. I got the recommendation from several neighbors on a local Facebook page, I'm glad I did. This is a local family company with a history and a presence in the area. Mr. Addicott oversees every aspect of the operation, and he is really knowledgeable. We have small pets, and every day there were guys on the ground with magnets to make sure there weren't any nails left. They showed up when they said, protected the job if the rain started, and finished on time. They found a some rotted decking and joists, and they replaced them all - like new. They replaced the skylights. Everything was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Addicott Roofing.

Excellent. Timely repair. Although we have not been through a rainy period, I have a very high level of confidence in the quality of work performed.

Rod and team were outstanding. Performed a complete re-roof, including removal of 2 layers of improperly installed shingles, removal of defunct wooden chimney and replacing plywood sheathing as needed, installation of new ridge vent and installation of new shingles and all necessary flashing. Originally told us us it would be 2-3 weeks. Rod called every couple of days to update us on the install date. Once Rod and Team started, they were done in just under two days. Quick, efficient and did exactly what they said they would with no surprise costs.

It went pretty well. The crew was hard working and polite. The lead man Eric was awesome to work with. Two years aftern the new roof was up, we asked the company to come back to check on it and made sure everything was still in good shape and nothing needed to be attended to. The owner of the addicott roofing came and he said nothing to worry about. Good to go.

Aside from the 2 sticky spots that were left on the glass the work was good. The 2 workers that did the labor were very nice. But in all of the 3 times someone from addicott has come out they have never once called first or attempted to schedule anything with me. I have called them & requested that we schedule times but either I never hear back or the next time I do its bcus they are at the door knocking. When they came to do the job it was around 8:30am, 1 worker strongly knocked on the door until someone answered to say they would be on the roof while the other worker was already up there banging to remove the old glass. They finished in less than 3 hours which was great & the price seemed very reasonable to me. I just believe that for a company in this line of work the customer should always have some sort of a heads up that you are coming, not everyone will just let you show up when you please assuming you still have the job.

Highly recommend. The next time I need roofing service, I'm definitely will be using Addicott Roofing.

I was told that I need to call Tamko to file a claim with them for the defected products and Addicott washed their hands of this situation. I was told by various roofers that Tamko has stopped sending products to the northwest because of faulty products. I've had no support or offers from Addicott to resolve this situation. I am not happy with the outcome. As a result of this, I unexpectedly have to replace my roof after only 9 years which creates financial hardship for me.

We contacted Rod Addicott with Addicott Roofing at the recommendation of a realtor who advised a new roof prior to putting our home on the market. We called Rod and left a message requesting a bid. We should have known that he was unprofessional when we had to call back a second time two days later as he didn?t return our first call. When we did finally speak to him, he agreed to come out that day and look at our roof and stated that no one had to be at the property for him to do the bid. It so happened that my husband was working at home and met Rod. Rod walked the property then spent the next 10 minutes standing under an overhang talking on the telephone about an unrelated job. Prior to leaving he told my husband that he would ?talk to his foreman? and get us a bid that same day. When we didn?t hear from Rod for three days, we called seeking out the bid. Rod stated that he wasn?t sure if he could do the job because the ?pitch of the roof was too steep? but that he would check with the foreman and get back to us. Again we had to call him as he didn?t contact us. When we spoke he stated that the pitch of our roof was indeed to ?steep? for him to perform the job. It took us over a week and many phone calls find out that he was unable to re-roof our home. Roofs come in many shapes and sizes and, it seems to me, that a roofing company that has been in business since the 1970?s should be able to roof any residential property. The fact of the matter is the pitch of our roof in not too steep, it is typical of many roofs in the pacific northwest. What we were hoping for was a timely bid and some level of professional competence but what we got was a "your roof is too scary" and a "Happy Valentine's Day" email. Do not hire this company unless you are looking for frustration and incompetence! We are not even sure if his company is even currently active.

Our roof needed to be replaced, including the replacing of several sheets of plywood that had separated and were unsafe. Atticott Roofing was one of several companies who responded with bids for our job. Every step of the way they were professional. They appeared on time, their pricing was very competitive and accurate. There were no hidden or unexpected costs. The roof was completed on time and they were very careful not to damage gardens and plantings near the house. The site was left immaculate when they finished. All of the workmen were businesslike and very hard working. Even though the weather was extremely warm they worked quickly and finished the job in about a day and a half. We were very pleased in all areas and didn't hesitate to recommend them to our daughter, who later used Atticott to replace her roof. I think our son is also considering using them.

.I met with Mr. Addicott at my rental property to review that roof repair was what was needed, 1/2 of the roof. We set schedule and he proceeded to complete job. His crew cleaned up all debris and kept the tenants aware at what they were doing

Everything was fine as to quality & timing. One concern was with finding roofing nails for several weeks around the lawn. Found one in my shoe, but not through the sole.

The year-old roof was completely torn off, inadequate insulation applied in previous job removed, and the new roof was installed completely and properly. The entire process took only about 4 days. The crew were polite, efficient and on time. After the new roof was installed Rod returned several times to address a leak around the chimney, and new caulking applied around the flashing. There was also a small leak in the carport which he addressed and fixed immediately. So far, the roof has held up well and looks good. I would definitely use Addicott Roofing again in future projects. They were professional, skilled, and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need of touchdown roofing jobs.

They are excellent. They came when they said they were going to come. They finished in time. They just worked like beavers here, and they did an excellent job. We've had no trouble since with leaks or anything. The price was average. It certainly wasn’t cheap, but it was an excellent job, so we expected to pay for it. They are just a wonderful company.

Rod repaired the same small section of roof twice within a couple of years, we continue to have a leak which now is causing damage to the house. I contacted him over six times during 12/2012-2/2013, he will not return my phone calls, he lets the answering service take the call screening his calls. We have over $1000 of internal damage, all we wanted is talk to him about the repair and get fixed.. Beware of this company he does not stand behind his work or even discuss options to repair a leak.

They did a really good job. It took them 7 hours to do the whole thing. They had an 8 man crew and do an extremely good job on cleanup. They have very good equipment and are very professional. They even come back the next day to make sure everything is right. You don't have to chase them down. The cleanup is excellent and they put tarps every where and even over my wife's plants. When they are done they also vaccum out your gutters. Its a family run business and is going on the 3rd generation. My neighbors have gone with them too.

They're outstanding! I've been using them in real estate for over 20 years. I had Rod Addicott come out to look at my roof a few weeks ago along with some other people and he was one of the few people that said my roof did not need to be replaced. I just feel like he is really honest, very professional, very thorough with explaining situations, goes over options, follows up with the bids. He is always timely with his responses. I just think he is really a good business person and a really good roofer. He did a roof for me in the past, in the year 2000. He did my personal roof on another house and he's done some other clients. I have him as a service provider that I refer as a real estate professional because I know he is really good at what he does and he is really honest.

Our roof was leaking. We called and Rod came over within 2 hours to look at it and give an estimate. He came the next day (I think it was the very next day) when we weren't home to repair it. We were quite pleased that he did the repair without us having to be there. The cost was $230 plus tax which is exactly what he quoted. No guarantee is offered on it (just reading the paperwork - maybe all repair jobs say that). We'd most definitely hire him again for any roofing issues. Addicott was a really nice company to deal with. Prompt, courteous and total clean up of the job. We actually didn't know he had come and done the repair until he called to see how it was going! I feel relived to know Addicott is there if we ever have any roofing issues in the future. When we first noticed the leak all I could think was "oh, no this is going to be an expensive nightmare". Addicott really made what could have been an expensive nightmare just a non-issue.

Rod came out the next day after my call about my leaky roof (which had collapsed one of my interior ceilings). He quickly diagnosed the problem and also had some suggestions for my skylights (not pushed but I was not too hard of a sell for that). Rod provided a quote on site. Rod had a crew out the following day (a very wet cold day) to do the prescribed work. The crew was on-time, polite and got the work 95% complete. They only had to make one trip back for the sealing of the front roof line...this was attributable to the downright crappy conditions on the day. One e-mail to Rod and he had one of the guys out the following day to finish the sealing. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Our skylight leaked a little after a torrential rain in December. I called Addicott Roofing the next morning and Ron came out that day and then called me with his estimate. He took care of it the next morning and everything is great. We will definitely use them again for a new roof in the future.

They responded promptly. They fixed any problems. I used them twenty years ago to roof my first home, and I have referred them over the years. The others that used them were also satisfied with Addicott Roofing.

Rod Addicott was very communicative; he explained certain options I had to improve my roof's drainage. Rod's bid wasn't the lowest I got, but it was the lowest that specified granulated torch down instead of smooth and included correcting some defects in the roof's design. Work started once we had a spell of dry weather and except for installing some custom drip edge, the roof was completed in a couple of days.

Roof was replaced perfectly. Addicott Roofing replaced our old roof 19 years ago. At that time, the roof was rated to last 20 years and basically it did! Replacement is now a 30 year roof. Rod Addicott and his crew were very professional, friendly and extremely efficient.....We love our new roof! In addition to Addicott, we also sought and received a bid from a local big-box store. Their quote was approximately twice Addicott's. Being familiar with Addicot's quality, our choice was easy. We recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality roof replacement.

Start to finish, overall, this company probably saved our home from serious damage due to previous inadequate roofing. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and professional and pointed out problems that we weren't aware of as well as confirming some problems we knew about. We steeled ourselves for a huge estimate, but the estimate for the job was very very reasonable. The work and workmen were stellar. The cleanup after the job was immaculate. We wrote a thank-you note to send along with the payment, letting them know how much we appreciated the excellent consultations and work. We highly recommend this company.
