Richard performed a standard home inspection for us. He was very thorough and caught several detailed issues that will be helpful in negotiating with the seller. Prior inspectors that I’ve used barely bothered to get up into the attic and look around, but Richard found a very small water leak in the attic that most would have overlooked. He took time to walk me though the entire house and point out all the issues he found. He also let me follow him around and ask for additional investigation/information on key issues (crawls space evaluation, roof condition, plumbing, etc.). I was very pleased with his work and his professional and personable attitude.

Richard Healy arrived at the house a few minutes before we did. He was thorough, answered all our questions about the house, and went over in detail with us all the problems he noted with the house. He emailed us his inspection report later that evening.

Overall his inspection was very thorough and we were provided with a detailed report later that evening. The inspection greatly helped with our negotiations and I'm confident that there won't be any major surprises when we move in.

Our Realtor recommended Richard from past positive experience with him. I phoned him on at Tuesday and scheduled an inspection for two days later at the exact time that worked for me. He was on time (early even) and did a very thorough job of looking at the entire house top to bottom. He found a number of things that I wanted to have the seller correct before buying and many of them were things that weren't major but I would have NEVER noticed myself. He was great about answering questions and explaining his report. He had it emailed to myself and my Realtor by that evening.

Richard was incredibly helpful in the home buying process. He was thorough and didn't mind explaining things to me as we walked through the house. I definitely felt like I knew the house inside and out after the inspection. The first inspection that he performed for us involved him coming out during his lunch break to accommodate our tight schedule. We absolutely appreciated that extra effort that he put in. While we don't plan on buying another house any time soon, we would highly recommend his services.
