+ -1 moreThey were very prompt in coming out and providing an estimate of the proposal for work and cost. The person who came to the house came when i wasn't home and didn't seem to think that it was necessary for me to be there or to discuss my needs with me persoanlly. The original person in the office was very nice and took a lot of information. I didn't feel the proposal was detailed enough.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for replacement of roof.

+ -1 moreI have nothing but good things to say about 3D roofing. I am in the commercial property management industry in downtown Seattle and I work with a lot of vendors. These guys are good. Dale and his company was referred to me by another developer friend who does town homes. Dale had a prompt bid out for me and his pricing was very competitive. He moved fast, kept me in the loop, and got a permit quickly through our local municipality. He then had his crew out about a week later to start the job. These guys were HARD workers. They were also friendly and worked well into dark so that they could finish us up on time. They cleaned up after themselves and when we had another leak on the roof, they came out quickly to diagnose and repair. HIGHLY recommend 3D Roofing and the team. Description of Work: Old cedar shake roof that was at the end of its useful life. 3D came in, put plywood over the skip sheathing. They then brought in a new Paramount Advantage Composite Roofing product and installed. Paid careful attention to the flashing, plants in the area etc. The roof looks excellent.
