Kristopher called prior to setup an appt to provide estimates at no extra charge. He was on time, very professional but friendly asked a variety of quesitons to ensure what I needed done as well as inspect the areas of work to be done, at all times making me feel at ease . He gave me an on the spot estimate to my surprise that I did not have to wait days like so many others I have had encountered also as well as going over his estimates line by line. I knew basically where in the ballpark these estimates of work should be and he came in just where I planned, where others were much higher for the same work. I would use him again, he is again very professional knows what he is doing, that so important when one is dealing with electricity. He is just like one of the family. The ones we do want around to enjoy.
