Description of Work: He did a very good job cleaning carpet and furniture and explained the spots that could not be removed (mostly coffee). However, he said that the carpet would be dry in 2-3 hours but it was not dry for 2-3 days. |Note: The price I had was a discount I had obtained earlier.

Description of Work: The serviceman was very prompt, pleasant and showed us all the equipment he would be using to clean the carpets. He gladly went back over any areas we had issues with. To be honest, our carpet is on its last legs and has dealt with three puppies over the last two years. It needed serious help. He cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms and the stairway. Overall we were very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend their service. The pride of the young man who cleaned the rugs in the quality of his work was evident and refreshing. Again highly recommended!

Description of Work: Jon arrived right on time and explained what he was going to do.He had a little device that he used to figure the square footage of the carpet to be cleaned (1100 Sq. ft). The cleaning solution that they use is an effervescent,aqueous liquid that does not contain chemicals, so there is no odor. The carpet was only a little damp and seemed dry by the next day. We opted to pay $130 extra for a protective solution to be applied but |declined the antibacterial solution.
