They use a blacklight to locate all the stains beforehand, then they treat them. The products they use work extremely well. The technician that did my carpets was Hector, and he is wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. They used an all natural no chemical treatment specialized for animal problems and it actually worked. It did not just mask the smell. I was unsure what I needed done so the came out and did an assessment and gave me recommendations and different price options but there was no pressure. They then did what they said they would, when they said they would. I was very pleased with their service.

We were trying to find something where they don't soak the carpet, so that it dries a lot faster. They are speedy, they are complete and they are very careful, not banging things about. What stands out the most about them is the quality of their cleaning. The overall experience was excellent otherwise I wouldn't have had them back. They were punctual and right on time.

The son came and he was inexperienced. He did not change out the cleaner as much as he should have because the work on the steps seemed hard and crispy. I was not satisfied.

On Tuesday, we were told to expect service Wednesday between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, Hector phoned about 30 minutes before he arrived to alert us. He was pleasent and did his measuring promptly. The price was within $30 of the price estimate quoted over the phone. We elected the Stain Fighter Service which included the ChemDry Protectorant--Scotch Guard. All went well, a good experience.

They did a fine job. There was just one worker and I would recommend him to others.

I would recommend them. I think they charged about $150 to do my whole living room, dining room and hallway. They are prompt. They don’t mind moving your furniture and the heavy stuff. I am a single woman and that’s important because I can’t move all that heavy stuff. They have no problems coming in and moving the stuff for you as long as it’s not too much. They don’t mind moving the heavy pieces from side to side, which is nice. They also do a good job. It’s costly to have your carpets cleaned, but you need someone who is experienced so that you don’t get bubbles and they don’t stretch your carpets. It’s really important for me because I have 3 dogs. I would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, I am getting ready to use them again.

I like that when they clean the carpets it’s not wet. I can walk on it within couple of hours. They have good recommendations for spot cleaning. They are quick. Scheduling is easy with them. They also help move some of my big furnitures with me and that is nice. The price is average and reasonable. I sure will use their services again in the future. Actually, I am thinking of calling them within the next couple of weeks.

They arrived on time, walked through the house and got to work. They were finished within a couple of hours and the carpets were dry enough to move our furniture back within two hours. They were polite and professional and I will absolutely use them again!

Meridian Chem-Dry is very professional. They're methods are not good for heavily soiled carpets. A couple of days after they cleaned, some of the stains started coming back. They came out again and cleaned, but the stains returned once again.

They first came out to check & see if their pet "problem" cleaner would work on our house. They used a black light to look around our living room, but we quickly decided that would be a very expensive project. Then we had to call back & make another appointment to get the carpets cleaned. The day they were scheduled to come out, they called us about 7:35 & said they would be out between 2 & 4. They came at about 4. They cleaned our living room, hall & 3 small bedrooms. We also had the deodorizing treatment which smelled strongly of oranges. In addition they clean the upholstery on a recliner. They did an excellent job on our carpet, which was exceedingly dirty, & the chair looks brand new! We went with the more expensive truck based cleaning.

I called and scheduled carpet cleaning for a specific day. I was told the technician would call me on the morning of my appointment to give me a time. I was called and given a two-hour window. The technician arrived as scheduled. He made a visual inspection of the areas I wanted done. He offered additional services, which I declined. He proceeded to clean the carpet, and finished in a timely fashion. My carpet looked great when it was finished. The technician, Spencer, did a good job. I am happy with the experience.

I have never had any problems with them what so ever; they always do an excellent job. They always get all of the stains out of the carpets and they always smell very fresh after they are done. The prices are unbeatable for our area.

They tried their best to remove the spot. They were honest that it would be difficult to remove.

Arrived on time, friendly and did a nice job, especially with the spots.

CHEMDRY CARPET CLEANING DID A GOOD JOB AT CLEANING MY CARPETS. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND COMPLETED THE TASK IN THE TIME THAT WAS ALLOTTED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE MANY OF THE STAINS THAT HAD BEEN ON COUCH FOR YEARS. EVERYONE THAT I DEALT WITH FROM THE TIME I CALLED WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, THEY HELPED ME MOVE SOME FURNITURE AROUND AND GOT MOST OF THE STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET AND IT DRIED WITH IN 2-3 HOURS.

THE PERSON WHO CLEANED MY CARPETS WAS VERY POLITE AND NICE TO TALK TO. MY CARPETS STILL LOOK GREAT.

CHEM-DRY CAME AND QUICKLY CLEANED A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN OVER 10 YEARS. I LOVE IT THAT IT WAS ALMOST DRY WHEN THEY FINISHED. I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ONE COMPANY OF CHEM-DRY COME TO MY HOME AND WILL ALWAYS USE THEIR SERVICES.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. CHEM DRY WAS FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE THE FURNITURE PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL. THEY WILL CLEAN AROUND THE LARGE FURNITURE OR MOVE IT THEMSELVES.

I WAS NOT SURE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE BLACK OFF MY COUCH. I HAD ALWAYS CLEANED MY OWN FURNITURE IN THE PAST, BUT COULD NOT GET THESE SPOTS OUT. AFTER HAVING IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY, I AM NOT SURE I WILL CONTINUE TO DO IT MYSELF. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND GOT THE BLACK MARKS OFF, PLUS, THEY LEFT ME WITH A CONTAINER OF THE CLEANER. THAT HAS HELPED A LOT WITH LITTLE SPOTS THAT HAVE COME UP.
