The cleaning went perfect. They did an amazing job on cleaning the dog accident areas...no replacement needed. We upgraded to the "deep cleaning" or pet related cleaning and feel it was totally worth the slight increase in cost. Highly recommend!!!

We needed 3 rooms cleaned. I booked the services and paid at booking. I waited for a call from Rainier to set up date for service. I did not receive a call and after 3 days called Rainier directly and they did not answer, but line disconnected after 2 rings. I email customer service at Rainier and my email bounced back. I called Angies List Customer Service and was asked to let them try to contact Rainier. I did, did not not hear back from Angies list. I then sent an email to Angies List Customer Service. I sent another email asking Angies List to find me another suitable provider. Again, I did not hear from Angies List so after a couple of days I sent Angies List an Email requesting that they return my $203.00 for services not performed. After another day, I received and email from Angies Liost Customer Services saying that they will refund my $203.00 but that I should wait an additional 2-3 days for the credit. I believe that Angies List will return my money, but I am very unhappy about the length of time it has taken to sort this out. 1 week - 10 days is unacceptable. Black light showed the spots. They did a great job and got it all out. If you have a large home make sure you tell them to bring hose extensions or it may take a second trip like mine. Great job over all. We are happy. 2nd time using them in 2 years.

Highly professional! I called when another company fell through and boy did they deliver...and next day too! My carpet wasn't overly dirty but let's just say potty training for my puppy wasn't going very well...another company quoted me over $500 to pull the carpet back, replace the padding, and apply a sealant on the sub floor. Rainier Chem-Dry has a special procedure for dealing with pet urine that not only cleans the carpet but goes after the urine crystals in the padding and sub floor! Bottom line: yes these guys are a bit more pricey than your basic carpet scrub. But if you are dealing with urine spots, these guys can't be beat!

Great, the technician was prompt and on time. I work outside frequently, and on occasion i track the dirt into the home soiling the carpets. Also, I have two kids that like to run in and out of the house which adds to the mess in the carpet. In addition the carpet is 10 years old, so the high traffic areas are worn quite a bit. Rainer was able to take out the dirt and grime with just there legacy treatment. The carpet looks excellent, but you can still tell its an old carpet. Next time I will go for their deep cleaning option.

It went well. The provider showed up on time and was very courteous. My only complaint was that the carpets took quite a bit longer to dry than what the person estimated. It took up to 6 hours in a couple of the rooms.

I recently purchased an older home. Everything needed to be cleaned before my furniture was delivered from out of state. On short notice Rainier Chem - Dry was on the job. I used a discount through Angie's List but the job ended up to be more expensive than I originally planned. Hector was on time, pleasant and through. There were urine stains that I was unaware of that his black light helped identify and a smell that was probably cigarette smoke. He wrote an estimate, applied what I prepaid and I approved the work. No surprises even with the extra cleaning I requested. Hector worked for seven hours without a break and did an excellent job. There was a small addition error to the bill and minor wall damage. I called the office and spoke with the owner, Joanne. She immediately reviewed my bill and offered a refund. She sent another employee to repair the wall damage (a door knob hit the wall causing a small hole). Everyone was professional, honest and sensitive to the time restraint. I highly recommend them.

Everything looked clean after the chem dry application and it dried very quickly--in two hours or so. It's a lot better than regular shampooed carpet which leaves a residue, and seems to collect more dirt afterward.

Bought Angie's list deal. They emailed me within an hour or so to schedule and got me in within a couple days. Techs called when they were about 30 min away. Very nice and professional staff. Did offer an upgrade if I felt I needed it but there was no pressure at all to buy. They were quick and through. Carpet was completely dry within a few hours. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone!

They were super! They called and reminded me when the cleaner was coming. He came on time and did a great job.

It was very good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It took them about an hour and a half to do the job. One person came out to do the carpet cleaning.

Did not move even the smallest furniture items! Simply cleaned around everything, including the 2 pound pet fountain on the landing! Did not expect them to move large furniture, but did expect basic couches and chairs other than dining room to be moved. Ottoman was even left in place! Very disappointing!

The person who performed the service was excellent. He did a great job and didn't waste time. I will definitely have them back and recommend their service.

I called on Tuesday and they had an opening on Wednesday. I was told my appointment window was 8 am to 12 pm and I told them I would prefer the earlier appointment if possible. I was called at 7:30 and he arrived at 8 am. The house was cleaned out so he came in an reviewed what I wanted done. There was no pressure on buying anything extra. He was in and out in under 1 hours. The carpets looked great. I would definitely use them again.

I have three dogs and I need more of an extraction type of cleaning, so, for me, it did not work. It wasn't them. I need something that sucks out everything in my carpet. It is not the method I choose. I have tried it and it did not work. I don't really have any feelings about it. It just was not as clean as I would like. They did what they said they would and, I think the fact that we do have three dogs is probably more of a challenge than the average household. They were certainly nice and professional. I have no recollection that they were late, but the professionalism was not great.

They do a good job on the stains. They always do the best I think. They are awesome. Their pricing is average.

They are nice. I have used them multiple times. The last time I used them, they couldn’t get the carpeting cleaned. They came back a second time. They say that they have a guarantee. If somebody else can get it cleaner, they will give us our money back. So I had another company come in, and they did get it cleaner. I wrote to them, and sent them copies of the bill. They never did respond. They don’t live up to their guarantee. I was not pleased with that. The dog had got it really dirty. They said that they couldn’t get it any cleaner. They are okay for stuff that is not heavily soiled. They have a different kind of cleaning method. They are not a steam cleaner with an extraction method. They use a bonnet cleaning method with foam. I have used it on some carpeting over the years that worked really well, but it didn’t work really well on the regular carpeting that was really dirty. My overall experience with them was average. They don’t use water. They have a waterless method. I probably wouldn’t use them again, because they didn’t honor their guarantee that is in writing on their bill. There were times that I felt that they did a good job for me. But the last time, they didn’t. They didn’t answer my letter that I sent about the warranty issue. I have used them for many years. Not that company, but the chem dry method. The one time I felt that they weren't able to do the job, they didn’t live up to their warranty. They should have at least responded.

They did a really good job. I asked them to not use chemicals and we have people at our home that are sensitive to chemicals. They did as I requested and they did a good job. They were on time and I knew exactly who was coming. They sent a follow up on the service as well.

They are absolutely a nightmare. I would not recommend them to others. They are terrible. I had a $139 coupon to do 3 rooms. I foster dogs, my carpets were not in good shape, I told them that. They sprayed my carpets with PURT, pet urine removal treatment. I could not walk on the carpet for a week. They came in and cleaned the carpets and I had to ask them for the extraction process and within two weeks, the stains were back, they were muted but they were back. It costed me $536.78, they are nightmare. I have used them Chem-Dry years ago and was very pleased with their service, but I had people come out like 3 times and at the end, the carpets were still disgusting. If someone don’t want their carpets clean, they can call them. Part of it maybe my fault because I have around 140 dogs round the year, but they should have said these carpets are beyond what we can do to clean them instead of taking my money and running. They obviously didn’t know what they were doing. I will never ever ever use them again.
