Eric was able to come to our house the day I called him. He cleaned and power washed an exterior awning. He did an excellent job, and we will have him back next year. He also cleaned the windows that he said got some residual from the cleaning. We didn't expect him to do that but again, he did an excellent job there. He cleaned up after the job, and did not leave anything extra for me to do.

This young man was hired to clean windows inside and out as well as the screens. I found him to be polite, respectful and informative while doing an amazingly professional job.
