Description of Work: Bought a dryer through Lowes, and had a minor problem with it so we called lowes and they set up an appointment with Wenatchee appliance center. They came up, looked at the problem, said they would get back to us, and never heard from them again. We called them, left a message, but they never returned our call. They might be good at repairs, but we'll never know.

+ -1 moreAppliance was under warrenty. They began by replacing the circuit board. This didn't fix it. Then they checked it again. Had to order a heating sensor. Funny though, they never even checked to see if the temperature was even correct. After over a week George called and said he had the sensor but couldn't come out for another week or more. He said he only goes to Cashmere on certain days. When I told him he needs to make me a priority and come out and fix my oven he said he would have to after his vacation. I canceled him and had A&E Appliance repair. Great people. Also limited days, but very thorough when diagnosing and professional!
