Great! The sidewalk had settled about two to three inches. SlabJack Geotechnical successfully raised it back to grade. Not only does it look great, you would never know the walk had settled! I would rehire SlabJack again.

An expected stress crack occurred in the garage floor, but it is hardly noticable and powdered grout and a spritz of water seals it up.

Found them here and then looked through their website. Decided to ask for a bid. Contacted via their website as requested. They never responded. Won't try again. Working with two other companies that did respond.

They arrived at the agreed time and started the repair work. The lower floor work was started first and was completed very quickly. The outdoor slab was raised up to correct position and the correct filled was positioned. The upper sundeck was checked from every angle to make sure it was now level. Because not all of the lower slab did not fit back into place, a filler was injected into the slab making it smooth.

fantastic. These guys were great. It was a real challenge that for a while didn't look like it was going to work. They kept me informed, and went way of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

This company gave us a bid of $1500 to even up some sidewalks (photos included). When the worker came to the site he declared that the bid was too low and he wouldn't do the work. We asked if we could compromise on a price since they were already on site. No one returned our request that day. The company, after several contacts, sent a new bid of $2300 and excluded one of the slabs. When we asked for a counter offer we were sent a notice that they would not do the work for us and to never contact them again. In our opinion this company is extemely unprofessional.

From the very beginning of contact with the guy who did the estimate, they were extremely professional and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them to everyone if you need concrete raised, fantastic work.

Very good, great in fact. Side walk had sunk at least 3 inches, they pumped the solution under the walk and raised it till level, was fun to watch. Did a great job ,filled the gaps and did a great cleanup up as well. Highly recommend for your project.

The sales came out to inspect and gave me a detailed explanation of the work required. He also gave me an estimate on the spot and later followed up with a detailed estimate via email. They were able to get to it the following week. Showed up and performed as scheduled, everything was left neat and tidy and seam to foundation was caulked. Had a couple of short phone calls in between and both people I spoke to were responsive and polite.

They were wonderful to work with. The slab is lifted and cracks repaired and the work is under warranty.
