Once we got the scope of work corrected the work performed was excellent.

The work was done as expected. Jerald was great to work with. He came out and inspected the site and took pictures of all issue areas. He then explained what was happening and what needed to be done. He even showed us some areas that would most likely need to be worked on in the future. He was prompt with the work and came back out when the filler in the drill holes dried and didn't match out porch.

We called the slab-jack contact number, got an answer right away, had an estimator at our house 2-3 days later, and accepted the estimate and called to schedule the work the very next day. The owner and his step-son did all the work for us themselves. They arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule, did most of the work that day, including leveling all the slabs and filling all the joints, then came back for an hour the next day to touch up areas that had settled or didn't look quite right. They were personable and professional, and answered every question I had and reassured me about my concerns that the process could damage the walls of the pool. The results were better than my expectation, and they went beyond the estimated scope in a couple of areas without any change in the estimated price. I could not be more pleased with their work, and gave them a bonus when I paid. I should note that the estimate they gave me for the work was 50% of the estimates I had previously received from two independent pool repair companies. And both of the other companies were going to have to break up and remove the offending deck slabs and re-pour concrete, risking major impact to the pool itself and tearing up a lot of lawn to get back to the pool area from the street. I had all but decided I was going to have to replace the expansion joint and coping caulking myself, and eventually tear out and replace the entire concrete pool deck. Jerry and his step-son Dustin saved me from all of that. This concrete leveling process really should be re-named from Slab-Jack to Magic-Jack! And the workmanship on the expansion joints and coping was superb.
