They arrived on time, went over the job in detail with me, and then went to work. As the job progressed they kept me informed of any issues that arose and made sure I was happy with the process. We got a call from their staff to schedule the project. Two or three weeks later, their crew came to the house. They completed the project in 2-3 hours. There were no surprises or additional costs.
