Fair, had to fight him all the way!

I was not happy with him. He is still trying to fix the mess and goof-ups. He poured a sidewalk out and stamp colored concrete and messed it up. So he had to take half of it out trying to match it back up. His pricing is a little more than most people out here. I had him put a retaining wall up two years ago and it is a two stage wall like it is a 4’ wall then a 4’ wall on top of that wall. So a group called Misty Mountain Landscaping did the bottom wall and JRT did the top wall. While JRT was doing the top wall he lost control of his equipments and slammed into the lower wall and knocked it all out of the alignment. What bothered me was I just found out that the owner of JRT individual hit that bottom wall and did not tell me and blamed other company of doing shorty work. This year I found out from one of his ex-employee that he himself lost control of the equipment and hit my wall which almost took out part of my garage. I don’t think he knows what he is doing. I had an irrigation system of $4000 put in and I am still having trouble with it. I would recommend him for putting up a fence or a retaining wall but you will have to watch him so that he doesn’t mess it up. He is not responsive and just kind of shows up when he wants and no communication whatsoever. At one point of time he just walked out of the job for a week. I would never use them again.
