Excellent. Eron worked us in to his busy schedule, arrived on time, worked efficiently, brought new hi-end heater ($450) and all necessary parts for installation ($26), worked safely and efficiently, draining old heater and removing and hauling it away ($25 disposal), installing and testing new heater--which works very well. He provided us with instructions about adjusting water temps and periodic care needs. Eron cleaned up and removed all debris and was in and out in record time ($90 labor).

Eron is THE plumber that we've called for 15-20 years. He was an apprentice for another plumbing contractor when we first met. Increasingly, he became the fix and repair person for that business, handling emergency repairs and remodel work. After many years working in this capacity, Eron started his own business. Eron is always responsive, always on time, always thorough and courteous, usually has the parts in his truck that he needs to do the job (or gets them quickly). He cleans up after himself. His prices are reasonable. He is willing to check out other plumbing issues when on a call, to save us money. And Eron works efficiently and completes each job quickly. He has helped us replace old pipes, pressure valves, hot water heaters/elements, re-plumb sinks, toilets, faucets, and install new fixtures. He is knowledgeable about all facets of plumbing. On top of that, he's a genuinely nice person. We've always been happy to have him in our home.

Eron has done tons of work for us in several remodeling jobs. Aside from being extremely pleasant he dose impeccable work, shows up on time and cleans up perfectly. We've never had a complaint of any kind.

He was fast, fair and reliable. He came when he said he would. I have used him on a number of different things. He plumbed most of my house. I find him very reasonable. The quality was exceptional. Sometimes, he gets overbooked though.

Eron responded within a very short time to our call and fixed the problem quickly. He had the parts he needed in his van and went to work quickly to fix the problem. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and very responsive. In addition, he is courteous, cleans up after himself, and always tries to address the problem quickly and thoroughly. He is the plumber we always call when we need help.
