My wife was happy with the gentleman's professionalism and dedication to solving the problem. She had trouble following his jargon at some points, and in retrospect I should have scheduled the service for a time I could have been home. Our only complaint was that he tracked dirt from outside through the house and left a mess in the area where he installed the outlets. I understand this may be par for the course, but it was our only real point of dissatisfaction. The electrical work seems worth what we paid.

He charges a going rate but he actually came out after hours and fixed the problem. He didn't charge overtime but only charged regular charge. This is an old place and had an old breaker but he is a kind of individual that peruses the internet and collects old electrical parts. So he actually had a quick part in hand. He went home and brought it and installed it in all one night. It was getting colder and we wanted electric heat and it was very much appreciated.
