great team, service that makes sense, team that makes sense, doesn't use a lot of talk/salemanship-just gets the job done but very friendly, took time to explain things so 88 year old and myself could understand.

Loved Ron's explanation of what they were going to do. He pointed out problem areas of my old ducting (rodent holes and improper construction). Offered solutions and upgrade info and costs with no pressure. Stuck to his original bid even though he did additional repairs.
