Ron Gee arrived early, said he would be here at 10:30, arrived 10:05 which rarely happens when hiring someone. Very professional, explained everything to us. I will hire them again, very pleased.

Ron and Don were great!!! They did a wonderful job.They were very clean and aware of their surroundings. They were early,which was great. Ron was on time and thorough. Excellent job explaining and showing exactly what they were doing. Charges were fair and AS EXPECTED (no upselling). As an example of their integrity: they had forgotten a minor item we had greed upon but were already completely packed up to leave: they recognized they missed something and happily again stetup all their equipment and completed the missed task. THAT'S professionalism!

I have been looking for a duct cleaning service for some time now as I'm concerned about chronic respiratory challenges during the winter months. Ron Gee and his assistant Don were professional, competent and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service, especially Ron's knowledge about coils and central units, etc. They had to move several large hanging plants to access my front door area and they didn't hesitate to not only move them but... they replaced them when they were done!! I was extremely satisfied with the work completed by Ronald Gee. I had a dryer vent cleaned out, and he also went under the house and repaired the duct line. He was competent and friendly, and the job was completed thoroughly. He did not take shortcuts and did the job right! The cost was the same as he quoted me over the phone. Also, he took off his shoes and used a blanket to cover the dryer so nothing would get scratched. He was also on time which I appreciate. I highly recommend Best Air Duct Cleaning Services.
