He dug up the source of the leak. Told us it was not up to code. It went fine.

Heating element was replaced solving our problem. The repairman arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him. We were pleased with advice he gave us to avoid further problems.

We were able to make an educated decision, stay within our budget, have the Mustee Utility tub installed where we wanted it to go and receive excellent, professional plumbing service. Mike Moore is very personable and prompt and left the area clean after each part of the installation. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.

Do not go with these guys! The plumber was slow and tired. They will charge you by the hour for him to go as slow as he wants. He will be unable to tell you how long he took. You will get a bill with a block amount and no breakdown of the amount of hours. Everyone said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 likely for the number of hours. 3 hours tops. They charged me for 3 1/4 hours, even though you just see a bulk price for a charge with no specification about the breakdown. The guy who visited didn't know anything about billing. Felt like a black cloud was lurking when he left. When you call to question it, the girl in the office is completely rude and will give you a huge speech on how happy everyone is with them. She will not listen to what you say and continue to give you a ranting speech. If you hang up before she feels she is done. She will continue to call you to restate her case. The price I was charged does not include the faucet or sink, he used his own parts. + Their customer service approach seem to be, the customer is wrong. You'll be happy to went with someone else!

They are extremely reasonable and give senior and military discounts. They are great.

Was right on time and went to work. Did a great job replacing the above items. Again, did high quality work with attention to detail. I appreciated him taking away my old toilet, it was very heavy. Keep up the good work!

THE FAUCETS COULDN'T BE FIXED, AND IT WAS CHEAPER TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING, SO WE REPLACED EVERYTHING. WE GOT NEW FIXTURES IN THE SHOWER WITH A+. THE WATER HEATER HAD TO BE TAKEN OUT, HAD TO REDO SOME PIPING, AND INSTALL A NEW ONE. WE HAD TO BRING IT UP TO EARTHQUAKE RATING WITH MORE INSULATION AND FASTENING IT TO THE WALL. THEY BOTH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.
