KING'S TREES INC

We received excellent service from Tony, Richard and the crew. They removed two very tall, dead and dying trees from right behind our house. They were on time, efficient, courteous and did an amazing job. They also paid a lot of attention and effort into clean up afterwards. The entire process was a positive one, we are extremely happy and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Job 1 went fine and price was very reasonable. Job 2 was a fiasco. Tony knew the nature of the job, but the workers arrived without a shovel (!!!) and had to reschedule. I was there to meet them but had to run errands. When I came back they were gone and the job presumably was done. But they did not fill in the original hole, and they left trash (soda can, etc.) on the lawn. They planted the tree several inches higher than I requested (I was relaying an arborist's advice to them). Left voicemail for Tony, which he ignored. The next day a windstorm blew the tree over. I left another voicemail for Tony telling him he would not get paid unless the tree was replanted correctly that day. That's what it took for him to send his guys back, and I had to supervise the job very closely because they didn't seem able to do it correctly on their own. JOB 3 was to deliver 3 or 4 yards of wood chips to a spot by the road that was marked by stakes and orange caution tape. We exchanged several emails, several voicemails, and a couple of phone calls with Tony before we were able to arrange a time for delivery. Tony promised a particular time at least once (I think twice, not sure) and they never showed up. When they finally showed up, the truck driver proceeded to dump 2 or 3 times what we'd requested. I tried to stop him mid-dump and he said he could not stop the dump for safety reasons, and that Tony never told him how much to deliver. We now have far too many chips and they spill out an extra 8 feet or so, with some of them on the street. I am 66 years old and shoveling all those chips into place is too much for my back. Tony has NEVER answered phone calls and has ignored our voice messages. I don't know how he racked up as many positive reviews as he has, but other neighbors of ours have reported that he doesn't deliver services when he promises to.

The crew of three arrived thirty minutes early and got right to work. They climbed a tall douglas fir in our backyard and got rid of all the dead, broken branches (there were a lot!), making the tree safe to stand under again. Then they did a great job cleaning up the branches and left after about two hours of work. So happy with the service, so happy they actually arrived early, so happy they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. We will definitely use them again if we need anymore tree work done.

They were great - they did a great job with the trees and cleanup. Beyond what they originally planned to do without any additional cost.

Excellent knowledge from all of Tony's crew. He is a pro as are all his team. This is the 5th time we have had Tony take out trees and do some limbing. I also refer him all the time to others. He knows his trees, is good with a fair price and isn't like some of those companies out there who shall remain nameless who knock on your door and point out things about your trees that are not true. Look no further than King's trees. He was booked up through the month but we needed these trees to come down in the week, so he called when they had a cancellation and came the very next day. He is a great guy and love working with him!

Kings helped us remove a rotten tree that was a danger and would potentially fall on our house. They also did a lot of trimming on our property. They left no mess and were very knowledgeable and safe. We recommended that our parents use their services.

King's arrived on time and did a great job. The crew knew what had to be done and what should be done for the winter maintenance. They did better than average clean up. I used this company previously this year for trimming large trees and it was the best looking job we've had for quite a few years. Even though the company is located in North Seattle, they have a good reputation in my South Seattle neighborhood. Will most likely be a regular customer now.

Punctual, well-mannered crew worked hard and got the job done right in short amt of time. Clean up afterward was great...picked up saw dust and debris on ground and on roof. A small part of driveway was damaged on contact when one of the large sections was dropped on the asphalt. The team got a patch kit and repaired the hole before they left (at no additional charge to us). Great service overall.

The did an outstanding job! Tony (owner) and his crew were on time, very organized, knew exactly what I wanted done and they didn't stop until all was completed. They were so very careful not to disturb the surrounding trees and shrubs and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before they left. I took extra business cards to hand out to neighbors and friends. We will call only them when we need a tree service in the future. Thanks so much, guys!

These guys were amazing! We're thinking of having them come out again to remove a few more trees and realized that we never rated them. They removed 7 trees (some very large douglas firs), sectioned them, chipped all the debris and ground one tree stump (in front of the house). They were fast, professional and fun to watch.

TONY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT OUR TRANSACTION. HE WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS AND GIVING A BID ON THE JOB. HE AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE COURTEOUS ON THE JOB AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE TREES THAT TONY DROPPED WERE IN A VERY TIGHT AREA WITH A HOUSE, FENCE AND DECK NEARBY. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICES PERFORMED.
