Great. Jason was tremendous at installing this complex fan set up and did so quickly and efficiently and on budget. I would definitely hire again.

Jason came to our home shortly after being called, accompanied by Jesus Barrerra, who he said would do the outside carpentry work. they appeared very professional and organized, went through all our requests,and pointed out several areas of faulty construction. They even referred us to a lawyer handing a class action lawsuit for our neighborhood(Trilogy). Jason asked me to e-mail him a list of needed services and he would return it with prices attached. He did that and on June 19 committed to being here and doing the work on August 1.He deferred the outside pricing and construction work to Barrera Construction Because he came highly recommended by several home owners and had adjusted a door for no fee and quot;to show good faith), we agreed to wait, Sometime near the middle of July he emailedand quot;all customersand quot; and apologized for being unable to respond to e-mails and said he was so busy and behind, and asked for patience and understanding..( We had emailed him on 7/1/14asking for prices on the work to be done by Jesus, plus a request for his number and/or e-mail address.. The email was never answered.) On the morning of August 1, Jason called and said he couldn't come to our house as he had an infection on his hand, and said, and quot;besides, the things you wanted were minorand quot;. (Not to us--it was a full days work.) Today is nineteen days later and we have not heard a word from Jason, or Jesus.We can only guess what happened and hope no one else has to wait so long for nothing.

Jason does everything well and you know before the job starts it will be done in a first class manner. Great organizational skills, on time and always professional. A joy to work with. No matter what problem pops up in the house Jason is the first person called---if he can't do it he has great resources.

Jason is just the best (if there was an A+ grade, that's what I'd give him.) Punctual. Efficient. Polite. Communicative. Multi-talented. Honest. We've had the pleasure of working with Jason on a number of different projects over the past 2 years. He does great work at a fair price, and an especially appealing trait is that Jason will be very forthright about work that may be out of his scope: he's honest enough to say, and quot;No, I don't do that particular type of work.and quot; BUT, he also always seems to be able to provide a referral to a qualified vendor who does do that type of work. A great handyman. And perhaps an even greater person.

They were good. He was just very professional. He was a nice guy. He does a nice job and he was reasonable. If he was going to be he called. I like him.

He is a professional in everything that he does. He's prompt, and wears booties in the house. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I will give him A's on everything, and he is great. I will definitely have him come out again. This is the first time I have used his service. He gives the feeling that he is honest as the day is long. Since I am an ex-service member he used to, so we had an instant connection. He is very professional. He was very upfront with the records and told me how much it's going to cost. I asked him about certain things, and he said he would be more comfortable with somebody more experience in doing that. He did the job on time. He did exactly what he estimated, and how long we pay. He came back on time. I can't ask for anyone better than this.
