+ -1 moreChris was very professional in providing the service. He had a extensive checklist to ensure that all components were adequately checked. He diagnosed the cause one of the generators that was not starting automatically, and researched the necessary part and ordered it. He came back to install the parts and replaced the battery. He tested the system after the repair and made adjustments accordingly. Chris' communications were very effective. He kept me posted on his expected delivery via text, which I appreciated. He was very helpful and instructive. I would highly recommend Northwest Generator Service. It is reassuring to have such a quality company available for onsite repair and maintenance.
Description of Work: We have two generators on our property. They required routine service and some repairs. NW Generator Services performed the service and repair.
