Awesome! Mike really knows his way around a roof! Our buildings are almost 40 years old and they have concrete tile roofs. We have to treat them with care and Mike is very trustworthy to do just that. He has repaired leaks, cleaned roofs, applied moss treatment and repaired flashing. He is prompt, very reliable and his price is definitely worth his knowledge and expertise. He has great advice for roofing materials, but at the same time he does not use any hard sell tactics to get you to purchase something you don't want or need. He is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. We have used him multiple times this year as our HOA is quite satisfied with his work; we will continue to call on his services whenever we need someone to deal with our roofs.

Our old roof was leaking in multiple places, and when we contacted Mike we were urgent about starting work right away. Mike and his crew were fantastic. They started the work immediately, and came every day (except one day when they need to let the mud and tape dry) until they were done. Mike was friendly, professional, and very attentive to our needs. He conferred with my husband on the details regarding where to place the new skylight, how to work around the new lights and ceiling fan we installed at the same time, etc. He also sent us a number of pictures of different shingles and worked with us to decide on the best color. He was very respectful of our home and took great care to clean up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. We very much appreciated Mike's attention to detail and to doing the job right every step of the way. We also felt at ease knowing that Mike was on the job working alongside his crew every day, so he was able to personally supervise and sign off on every detail. Our neighbor across the street is retired from the construction business, and he watched Mike and his crew working on our roof during the days when we were at work. He reported to me that Mike did the job "perfectly," up to the highest standards in the industry. We are extremely pleased with the job and plan to invite Mike and his crew back this summer to paint our house. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone considering repairing or replacing a roof.

Mike clearly has great pride of workmanship, and so he should. He came and assessed my roof within a day of my contacting him. He was able to add my house to his schedule on extremely short notice, at a good price. He and his crew did a great job--the new roof looks wonderful. A few days after the work was completed, my renter had a concern about the roof (which had to do with an exhaust pipe, not the roof itself), and Mike returned quickly to assess it. While on the roof, he fixed the exhaust pipe and also did some chimney repair--both clearly beyond the scope of the roof contract--at no added cost. He is a true professional, a roofing expert and craftsman who cares deeply about delivering high quality work. Since I do not currently live in the city where my house is located, I felt nervous about hiring a company sight unseen. I need not have worried--I was quite fortunate to have found Premier Construction Services, LLC.

Mike and his team showed up on schedule. They respected our home's yard and surrounding and did their job carefully, removing the old roof and hauling the waste away. They used magnetic bar to pick up any metal staples or nails on the drive way and work area to ensure no harms left. They worked safely and performed an outstanding job in replacing my old roof with a beautiful, high quality and long lasting new roof! After their work, they cleaned up our yard thoroughly. After the roof project, Mike even called back to make sure that no issues during the raining seasons. With his great work, we also contracted Mike for our patio work. Mike and his team expanded my small backyard patio into a huge and enjoyable one. We were very happy with his work!

The job looks very good
