+ -1 moreWe had an urgent problem on a Friday for the home of my daughter and her infant son, due to a well system malfunction. Livermore & Son was extremely busy but made the effort to fit us in to offer same-day service. It turned out to be unnecessary because when they had time they called back and walked us through the problem by telephone, accurately analyzed the origin of the problem, and as a result we were able to restore normal water flow the same day. Future repairs remained, but the problem was solved in the short term, allowing us time for a final fix. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and caring like a neighbor. For competence and sheer good-heartedness it is hard to think of a better company.
