I do most of my own work, I currently have not employees but have qualified help when needed. I only use reputable sub-contracters, and usually bill upon completion unless job requires payments as progress is made.

"They were on time. The work they did look great at first. However 4 weeks later the weeds had grown back. It was obvious they had just cut the weeds down in the arborvitae instead or removing them. Weeds were also growing in the rock pathway they laid although a weed barrier was place down. Before they left they had rinse the rocks off after they were place which just create a mud and dirt path for weeds to grow. I call three times and each time was told they would be back to redo the work and would call me with a time. They never called back. I recommend you find someone else. Any company that will not stand by their work should not be in business."
