+ 0 moreStan provided a reasonable estimate for the work requested by homeowner. He had all elements of the project scheduled and followed that schedule exactly. The homeowners were on site and watching all through the job and Stan was polite and friendly with questions and requested changes, This man is a skilled professional and his work product is exceptional. Homeowners are very pleased with the outcome. Our neighbors watched the progress of the job over 5or 6 days, and on the last day, stopped and asked him to bid a job on their property.
Description of Work: Showed up as scheduled to meet with homeowner. Hand delivered written estimate next day. Started work on date scheduled. Was at work site every day to advise, assist and oversee prep work. Since water drainage is a problem in the area, he made extra effort to assure optimal water drainage as fill material was being laid. Concrete forms were built and concrete delivery occurred exactly on time. Additional help was hired as necessary to assist with concrete pour and finish work. The additional workers were as courteous and friendly as Stan. Overall project went without a hitch, and the end result is exactly what homeowners wanted.
