+ 0 moreSokhara reinforced our crawl space vents and got ride of rodents and feral cats. He sprayed the exterior of our house and got rid of carpenter ants and spiders. Every thing I needed for pest control Sokhara delivered on. He visits every two months for treatments and is promptly available for emergencies. Previously Sokhara successfully treated my daughter's home for a severe rodent problem. I highly recommend Plateau Pest Control.

+ 0 moreHeard a noise in my attic thought it was a squirrel. I've been living at this residence since 1977 never had this problem before, I called up the 1st pest-control place I found they said they would call me back never did. So I called up plateau pest control near my home in Covington, they answer the phone right away they said they would be out at 6:30 PM. They could have put me off to the following day but they didn't! A young man by the name of SOKHARA came out at 7 o'clock. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly evaluate the situation went up in the attic and discovered I had a rat situation. He Quickly went up to the roof and sealed off all exits , checked area for any possible entry-level. After that was done he went into the attic again and put down 7 traps . He said he would be back next week to check Everything out. He also laid down a trap near the house, he didn't wind up leaving until 10 o'clock. I wouldn't hesitate calling these guys up again . They did a great job would highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. My daughter in Issaquah had used Sokhara previously to ride her house of mice. She is very satisfied with the inspection and treatment experience. Her mice are gone. Sokhara is prompt, thorough, and professional. As long as he continues to respond to our call for help, I will be happy to use his services. Unlike the big companies who want to schedule you a week or two out, Sokhara comes when you need him.
Description of Work: Sokhara inspected our home and crawl space. We had asked him to come because of carpenter ants in and around our house and a possible critter (ferrel cat) or rodent issue in our crawl space. He found evidence of rats and giant house spiders in our crawl space but no other critters. He set rat traps in the crawl and placed outdoor traps around the house. He closed off vents with wire mesh to prevent further infestations and critters. He also sprayed for carpenter ants and all other insects. He will come back for followup in 1 week. I also agreed to a bimonthly contract for future inspections and treatments.
