Jackson's Home Services

We are extremely happy we discovered Jackson's Home Services! After a bad experience with other companies on similar jobs, we had an all-around great experience with Jackson's. Martin, our technician, was quick to respond with an estimate. He was on time and he completed the job in a timely manner. He did need to run out to the hardware store for a part (due to our outdated plumbing), and he provided a quote before he bought the part, and charged exactly what he quoted. All-in-all, we came away from the experience with a company that we will be calling on for all of our future updates and repairs!

It went really well. His work was thorough and good and reasonably priced. He was easy to work with. Martin was proactive in doing work also-he noticed a few things that needed doing-such as an outlet cover that had come off, and went ahead and fixed them without a charge.

After Martin removed everything out of the bathroom (toilet, sink cabinet, tub and tub wall surround) it was obvious the subfloor needed to be replaced. In addition, rodents had entered through an opening under the bath, chewed some wiring, and used the insulation in the wall for their home. (The smell from the wall was awful). Martin installed new toilet, bathtub, tub wall surrounds, new flooring, made a new vanity top and installed new sink, faucets, laminate, new light, new medicine cabinet, and backsplash. In addition to replacing subfloor, Martin re-plumbed drain, replaced electrical wire, did drywall work & patch work. Martin was dependable, had a great disposition, and went above & beyond my expectation. He cares about the work he does and it shows with the finished product. I absolutely love my new bathroom and would hire Martin to do any future work without hesitation.

Outstanding. Martin is a professional who returns phone calls, showed up when he said he would and does what he said he would, and a **** good job at that. He even offered to lend a hand moving a oven/range when he saw I might need help. We'll definitely use Jackson's Home Services again.
