Estate Fence, Byron and his crew are incredible. They make themselves available for us at short notice. We were fixing the house for sale, the other fencing company have problem setting up the date, not very responsive, and they cancelled us at the last minute after the house is sold. Byron, Estate Fence, gave us a call, stop by, and give us the quote the very next day after received my request for quote. They are not the cheapest one around, but we are very happy with them. Highly recommend. The work schedule a week later, and 40 ft of fence is replaced by a nice new fence in half a day. What we like about Estate Fence is their responsiveness, punctuality, and quality of work. This is a small job, the entire work is done buy three crews within half a day. Surprise my neighbor when she came home from work. If you know Klahanie HOA, they are quite picky on building anything per guideline. The HOA gave us an approval, no question asked.

I was very impressed with Byron and his crew. Ended up scheduling during the summer (busy season) and was able to get Byron to come out a second time to provide another written estimate after changing the fence design. His crew was extremely considerate and did an excellent job - Tim was so easy to work with.

I called and left message asking for a return call. No call. Then I sent an email stating the fencing work that I needed and asked for a return call. Still no response at all. Very unprofessional.

Byron was prompt for the on site quote and got the work scheduled the same day. Tim and his crew worked two days on the fence and made minor changes last minute to accommodate my requests. Every person on his crew was very organized and on top of their task during the project. The angies list coupon was honored and I am very happy with the final product. Work was completed on time and slightly below initial bid.

First of all, I have to say I'm EXTREMELY anal about quality and precision. The Estate Fencing guys actually blew away my expectations! Byron was awesome, and he was able to schedule the work earlier when I told him about the coyotes coming into our yard looking for small children to eat. They arrived on time, and installed the fence in two days. The fence line was absolutely perfect, and the quality was awesome. The top of the fence was straight, and the bottom was contoured to the ground. I talked to Byron's team, and they had real pride in their excellent work. I would use them again, and will for sure should I need more fencing work.

Byron and his team were amazing! Byron setup a consult quickly and was early to the visit. He quickly provided a quote and we were able to setup the installation within 3 days from closing on the home - which was our first preferred date. The fence was installed over two days with no major issues. The crew was informative and worked professionally and efficiently. It was a great experience with Estate Fence and I'd recommend them to anyone. Our fence looks absolutely gorgeous and our two little dachshunds are in heaven.

Byron was very responsive and during our first meeting gave us a few options to consider for both design and cost. We had him bid a specific style of fence and later changed our mind. He was very gracious and immediately arranged for a second meeting. We went through various styles we liked and he helped us create a specific design from all the designs we liked. He also gave us recommendations on product such as different post sizes and wood types. We selected a fence with 6x6 posts and a three panel split panel with 6 inch bases. We scheduled the work to be done and later he called explaining he had an opening and could come a day earlier. This worked out perfectly for us. His team arrived and were really great to work with. They were conscientious and communicated with us throughout the process. Our property line with our neighbor was brought into question so we hired a surveyor to ensure our fence would be fully on our property. They worked with us to ensure the fence stayed within our property given the sloping nature of the topography. The team was very precise to ensure the top of the fence had the best possible line given the conditions of the landscape. We have a new beautiful fence and I would hire this team again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality fence. Byron stopped in during the project to ensure things were going as planned and that we were pleased with the results.

Very professional, timely, and pricing was competitive. Cleaned up nicely when they were finished working. Owner called a few days later to ask if we were happy and then arranged for final payment. They are officially our fence people!

Estate Fence Company was the third company I had come out and give a quote on replacing two side fences. The other two companies were within the same price range but were very impersonal and didn't really seem to want to do the job. Byron (the owner of Estate Fence Company) is a pleasure to deal with, he was early for our appointment, listened to me in what I thought I needed and made a few excellent suggestions as we walked the yard line that we went with. Absolutely no pressure tactics and worked within my budget. My Angie's List coupon for a free gate was honored and I am quite pleased with the outcome. The crew came out on the appointed day, tore down the old fencing and it disappeared, nothing was left behind except tor the fence posts I requested to keep for another project. The crew is polite, professional and listened to a concern about my small escape artists dogs being able to get out under a gate which they soon rectified. They did an excellent job, very professional with excellent customer service skills. That fence is well made and is going to be here long after we sell the house! I HIGHLY Estate Fence and would use them again.

Out of the four fence contractors that I contacted, Estate Fencing was the quickest to respond and provided the best recommendations for the proper style of fencing. The professionalism amongst the entire staff was so amazing. I would use them again for any fencing needs in the future

Byron from Estate Fence Company promptly returned by call and request for a quote. He was punctual and answered all of my questions. His quote was fair and the team that removed and replaced our fence was professional, fast, and did an excellent job. We could not be happier!

It went amazingly well. They showed up when they said they would and the crew was extremely friendly and courteous to the point I'd asked one of them if they were the owners children (which they weren't). I was surprised by that because they worked like they had a stake in the Company. In short, they showed up when the said they would, did what they said they would and the price came in slightly less the the original quote. I would highly recommend them and will be our choice when more of the fence needs replacing.

We were very pleased with the work from Estate Fencing. Byron was quick to respond to our estimate request and the team came out and completed the work as scheduled. Bryon came out the first day with the team to be sure they got off to a good start. All the team members presented as professional and competent in their work. They completed all the work as expected with great quality. This took some effort because my original fence was not in great shape but they made it work. The team also did an excellent job with clean up. I didn't even have to sweep up after they finished. Just what I would expect from folks who take pride in their work. The price was fair for the quality we received. I would definitely use them again.

The crew was very friendly and pleasant to work with. They were vary neat and cleaned up the entire area upon completion. The fence it's self was very well constructed and truly add's to the beauty of the landscape. we couldn't be more satisfied with the project. Also, I might add, Estate Fence was the most reasonably priced contractor out of about 10 other quotes. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The team did excellent work and delivered on the fencing design and build exceptionally. They were out working in the rain, the mud and tearing through our ivy - and dealing with the slope on our property. I would recommend them, as Byron was responsive, knowledgeable and helped me understand the difference of what his team could deliver, and what my price-point was. Great work!

This company is amazing. When we first called them to get an estimate, Byron came out the next day and left us with a written estimate. The other company we called couldn't make it out for two weeks and then took a couple more days to get back with the estimate. When they did, it was almost double the cost. When the scheduled day came for installation, the crew showed up on time as promised went to work. The work took 2 days to complete: tear down and haul away the old fence and build the new fence. I asked for something similar to our neighbor's fence and they matched the construction almost exactly.

I want to say that having Estate Fence Co. remove our old fence and build a new one was a great decision! First off, they were the lowest estimate and the most knowledgeable out of the four bids I got. Byron's hard working, friendly crew removed the old fence and installed a new one in two days. They arrived on time and cleaned up all the debris. The fence and gate turned out amazing! If we ever need additional fence work done, Estate Fence Co. is who I will call! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++

From initial phone contact, to site bid, fence demolition, installation and final walk, Byron and his team were far superior to any contractor I've worked with. As the owner of Estate Fence Company, I expected and appreciated Byron's professionalism throughout the process. What I was blown away with was how well his leadership of his people translated into a superior job start to finish. The team conducting the job were professional, courteous and consistently delivered great customer service the entire time they were here. Their communication with one another remained on task, positive and highly efficient. THE CREW KNEW WHAT THEY WERE ABOUT! These people clearly enjoyed working with each other, and took tremendous pride in the results of their teamwork. When the 2-day job was completed, it was noted that 3 posts had not set as firmly as the others, and that the sprinkler system was negatively impacted by the initial work. Byron re-scheduled 2 of his people to fix the situation immediately, and before accepting any payment. I think we all thought it would take an hour or two, at most, to fix the job; but the sprinkler fix required much more time than expected. The men remained on task, professional and positive throughout what could have easily been a frustrating challenge. They communicated with me throughout this fix, and remained extremely gracious with my inquisitive 3 and 5-year old children. They did not leave the site until the job was finished, and the resulting work they accomplished was equal to the rest of the job, and at no extra cost for my family. If you need a fence built or repaired, you will do very well for yourself to give Byron a call. You will not be disappointed with the customer service delivery, nor the results of the work he and his people execute.

Everything went great. The owner got back to me right away, came out and gave me a price, set up an install date. And right on schedule 3 nice guys were out putting up my fence.

I called Estate Fencing and left a message expecting that I would get a call in a few days. In about 5 minutes Byron called back to talk to me about my request for a fencing quote. I had asked him when he could come out and provide a quote to replace and haul away my existing fence. He said that he was at a site in Kent and he suggest the following day, and I had mentioned that my home is in Kent also. He then told me to give him an hour and he would be there. True to his word an hour later he knocked on my door. He showed up with a copy of his business license and a business card. I told him I got his name from Angie's List and took him out back and showed him the backyard and what I wanted to have done. He said no problem, I will take care of you is what he said. In about 15 minutes or so, he came to the door with a very comprehensive quote that showed a layout, measurements, price per foot for the fence and his price per foot for haul away, and the type of fence I wanted. It was a very reasonable price compared to the other contractors from Angie's List that I called. I called him the next day and asked him when can he can start. The day the job was to be started, Byron had called me early in the morning to let me know that with the rain and the thundering that he was going to postpone the job until the next day because the weather was going to be better. He didn't want his crew out there in the heavy down pour and the potential lightning strike. I appreciated the call to keep me informed. The next day I came home to see the old fence gone and all the post's cemented in already. Then on the second day I came home and the job was done. All in all my experience with Estate Fencing and Byron is a stellar FIVE star rating. Byron if you are reading this keep up the great work that you and your crew do!

After I contacted the company, Byron came by very quickly to provide the estimate. Of the three companies providing estimates, he was the most professional and I trusted him immediately. I didn't know then that he also provided the most reasonable estimate for replacing our fence. Since our neighbor and I were going to split the cost, there were several questions and instead of calling back and forth, Byron offered to drop back by to address them. We appreciated that because it eliminated misunderstandings. Once we agreed to the estimate, we got an install date within a couple of days. The workers arrived early and put up the fence in a few hours. When I came back home, the fence was already up and looked great. Byron came back by to look at the work and make sure that everything was perfect. There will be more fences to replace and I will hire them back without question. I was very impressed with everything from start to finish. Bryon warrantied the fence posts for 5 years.

They were fantastic. The guy came out the same day I called him. He came out and gave me a bid and came out the next day and built the fence for me.

Went very well. Met Byron to get estimate for a fence post which broke in a windstorm & repair of an older fence which included replacing 4 old posts. Replaced old fence boards at no cost (about 5). Work was done at a later time, workers had to contact neighbor to ask permission to go on their property to fix 1 post. I met with the neighbor later who said the workers were very professional and worked quickly. The job looks great!

I called Estate Fencing and Byron returned my call same day. Two days later he came out and gave me a very detailed estimate, copy of his business license and even an actual picture of the fence I picked out. After I decided to have Estate Fencing do the work, I called Byron and set up a specific date and time of arrival. The morning of the scheduled date he and three of his employees arrived at exactly 9am as agreed upon. They went over concerns I had and exactly what needed to be done. Because we have dogs on both sides of the fence that cannot get together, they had agreed to complete the work the same day as started. By 3pm the work was done, all of the old fence was removed from the yard and they walked around the yard being sure there was nothing left. The crew members reassured me many times that I was not interrupting or bothering them when I went out to watch and ask questions. The next day Byron came back to double check the work that was done and to address any concerns I may have had. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were all friendly and professional and I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The job was finished on time and the owner followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
