Construction Expertise was originally hired to replace our basement floors and extend our stairs. As the job progressed many other projects were added, a new bathroom,sheetrock, insulation, painting and much more. William was very gracious and took them all on with a smile. He is a perfectionist with an eye for detail and it shows in his work. The jobs were reasonably priced with many and quot;little extrasand quot;. We are extremely happy with the outcome and have had numerous compliments from family and friends. We would not hesitate to recommend Construction Expertise.

William was very generous with his time and ideas from the very beginning - even before we decided to sign a contract with him. He paid close attention to the details - both our ideas and those of the realtor. He took time to meet with us and the realtor individually so he would have both viewpoints of what would be necessary to make our condo a showplace after two years of renters. In our case, one of our key constraints was that we wanted the remodel project done before the holidays since we want to put the condo on the market in January. Our renter moved out on Friday, November 30 and William started work on Monday, December 3. He and his crew worked within the time limits of the home owners' association (8 AM - 5 PM) and completed the job before his estimated completion date. (This enabled us to get the condo carpets cleaned and the stager scheduled prior to the holidays also!) After all of the painting, refinishing floors, and other repairs were completed, the condo was left in clean of all construction dust and mess. We had a great experience with William. He kept us informed of the workload status and possible completion date regularly. He is a perfectionist and is very precise in his work. He is knowledgeable in his trade and is an all-around nice guy. He has good relationships with his crew and as a result, the workmanship is excellent. We couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend William for any remodel. We understand that he also does new construction and total remodels.
