They showed up on time and performed the jobs I purchased through the Big Deal. The answered my questions and made suggestions for future services. The were done quickly but did a thorough and professional job. Hopefully the will do a big deal on the thatching which is another need for my moss/grass.

I initially provided the dates of 10/7, 8 the 9th but was informed by email that those dates were already scheduled. I responded by email, suggesting 10/16th as a service date. I have not received any further communications from Chem Pro to confirm the suggested service date, 10/16, despite two phone calls being made & voice mail messages left. If no service is provided on the 10/16 & no explanation is provided I will request a full refund.

Terrible. Chem-Pro did not contact me within 2 days and now its been 10 days. Totally unacceptable. Made this deal on 27 Sept 2013 and today is 7 Oct 2013.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. I was really expecting them to put down new grass seed or something, but whatever they did put, made my grass look like gravy. I spent more because the yard was bigger than what was specified on the big deal.

He was fast and did a great job.

I purchased a Angliest List deal from ChemPros for $75 for lawn overseeding and treatment. I called Chempros a few times but could not reach anyone. I also left a voicemail for them to contact me to setup a time for them to come out to my home. They never called me back. I am very disappointed in this company!

He arrived right on schedule and proceeded to do the fertilization and the over seeding of my rather large yard even though it was pouring out at the time he started doing it. I feel he did a great job and I only need to wait and see the ultimate results. He was very professional and courteous. He was also very helpful in working around my schedule when setting up the appointment.

It did not take much time. Don't know if it had an impact on our lawn. Next time I would choose a service that combined lawn aeration, seeding and fertilizing

I was contacted in a timely manner and made an appointment. Unfortunately, they had a truck problem and we need to reschedule. This was not a problem, as they did not need to have me at home to do the work. They have done work for me before and I have been able to give direction and they come and do the work. They have done more than asked in the past. This time they treated the lawn and overseeded, which has completely filled in the bad spots in the lawn. It's been 3 or 4 weeks now, and we can see a real difference in the thickness and appearance of the lawn. I have used them to trim trees back in the fall and they have always exceeded my expectaations.

I cannot tell any grass seed was applied as there was very limited new growth. I was told by the service man that he had put down slow release fertilizer that would last all summer. I watered every 2 to 3 days. No new growth. In fact my lawn looks terrible. I wasted the summer thinking the seed would germinate and the promised beautiful lawn would appear. Nope! Won't be fooled again...

Chem Pros showed up on time and did what they said they would do. The results were hard to judge because we didn't see the difference in the yard that we were expecting. I will probably not use them again.

The provider did nothing. Upon purchase of The Big Deal I contacted the provider (Brandon) via phone and email requesting scheduling as soon as possible. Brandon and ChemPros never responded to me either via phone or email. On August 22nd I again tried to contact the company via the Angie's List messaging function thinking this might be a better way - again, no response. I have subsequently requested a refund. I would not use this company for $0.

It didn't. Contacted them 3 times for an appointment and they did not respond.

He was good, efficient and got the job done quickly. I don't have any problems with his work and he wasn't here very long so for the time he spent it was very good. Everything he did was as they indicated in the advertisement for that company.

It went fine. I didn't have to wait very long after scheduling the service and I didn't pay any more other than the value of the deal.

They did finally show up. I do not know if it helped. The tops of the grass are dead and I do not know if they were supposed too. I am so glad that they came out. They did leave a brochure with their prices. I do not know if they will do the big deal again. He said that they were going to fertilize and seed. He said that they were going to use a spreader. He did tell me to water it everyday. I just hope that it will get better. They did not communicate well. They need to communicate better with their customers. They had to reschedule three times. They did not call until later, so I missed work. They were never rude; the girl named Mackenzie was the one who called. He was here at 10 like he was supposed too. The gentleman that came was very professional. On the phone, she was very professional. I would not use them again.

It went well. Arrived early and efficiently applied the product. Now--just waiting for the seedlings to sprout.

Fine. Truck had 300 foot hose that could reach all parts of yard, front and back.

Rip OFF!!! Was suppose to fertilize and seed but did not perform the task. They showed up and were here less than 5 minutes. When I went out to see what had been done, there was no signs of the front/back lawns had fertilizer and seeds applied. I called the company expressing my concerns, they sided with driver even stating there were seed on roadway where he spilled. I walked the entire roadway in front of my home and nothing; plus I examined the front and back yard and saw no evidence of work performed. They offered to come back out in a couple day to determine if application worked but no one has shown up nor contacted me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I want my money back - unemployed have to allocate funds sparingly and this was a disappointment and a gift to the company.

Greenest, riches, fullest grass on the block!

I originally bought the Big Deal on July 14. We were able to schedule service for July 19. I was not home when they came to do the job and I told them that would be the case and they said it wouldn't be a problem. When I got home, there was a brochure in the door but it didn't look like they had done anything. I called the next day and asked if they did anything because it didn't appear that they did. They said to give it a week or so. I've been trying to call them over the last few days and I've left messages. No one has returned any of my calls.

I purchased the Big Deal, and did not get a call for an appointment for about 4 days. This was a disappointment, but when the technician came on appointed day, he explained the process well. The fact that we're experiencing a very dry summer, I can't say I've seen much of an improvement in my lawn yet, but am still hopeful... Will reserve judgement on whether or not this provider has a quality product until the heat of summer passes.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came and did the service but it took him less than 30 minutes to do it so let's see if the grass grows. They were there on time, they're professional and courteous. The price seemed fair.

It went well and very informative. If you have questions they have answers.

They were in and out very quickly. I have the best looking lawn in my neighborhood. No moss no weeds love it.
