Description of Work: I purchased the big deal the first part of 2014.. They were going to contact me to make a appointment. Never heard back. Called them directly and left a message. Never returned my call. I would like to get my money back as soon as possible to get another company to work om my yard.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to come on a Thursday, they didn´t show up, and didn´t return my multiple voice mails. They appeared on Friday without any notice, did the work in 5 minutes and left. I didn´t see any changes in my lawn... Doing the work all over again...

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for fertilizer and overseed. After about a week, someone called me while I was at work to say they were in my area and would come by to perform the service. I have to assume they did the work, but they didn't leave a card, pamphlet, or anything. My lawn stayed green, with regular watering all summer.

Description of Work: Very poor customer service in that it took them several days to contact me to schedule the job; On the agreed upon date for work (appt. was scheduled for between 8:00 am - 9:00 am) they called at 12:00 noon to advise their truck was still in the shop and they would call next week to reschedule.

Description of Work: Chem Pros did not contact us within the deadline! We contacted them and after a few miss call, the service is schedule for 7/26/2013. They did not show up for the reason that their truck is broken down. They said that They would come over on 7/29/2013 but did not show up neither! We called them and they said they probably could come over by Thursday 8/1/2013. They have continuously showing that they are unreliable and not trustworthy. Please don't sell us this type of junk. Thank you.

They went out of their way to work with me to do an initial appointment so I could be there to explain what I needed done. They listened well and worked extra hard to do a good job at a fair price. They are a new company so I got a good deal. Overall it was quick and I am very pleased with the whole process.
Description of Work: They killed heavy moss growth in back yard and then did some preparation and then reseeded it. They fertilized the front yard.
