Tech arrived on time, did the job efficiently and was pleasant to deal with.

I am pleased with Marshall's friendly and informative office staff and the performance of the technicians who cleaned the furnace and ducts--friendly and professional and they like dogs! They were very informative about the maintenance and operation of the furnace and electronic air cleaner and I plan to have them on a yearly basis.

Had Marshall's Mechanical come out to test and repair old heat pump. The old unit was tripping the circuit breaker, after a short period of troubleshooting, they were able to show me that the compressor unit was shorted to the case of the compressor (I am a retired Electrician, I tested it myself.) I decided that I would replace the entire unit. Instead of just a repair. Mr Marshal came out and installed the unit himself. I was quoted a 2 day install, and the unit was up and running in 2 days. They used my existing electrostatic air filter, and replaced every thing else. Mr Marshall, found me $375.00 in rebates to help with the price. All of the old furnace was removed. They cleaned as they went no mess. They provided me with the forms for the income tax rebate.
