I called Michelle Meinert the owner and left a message for her to call me to give me an estimate on house cleaning services. She returned my call 2 days later. Michelle said she would need some basic information and asked for my email address. When another day passed and I hadn't heard from her, I left her an email message and phone message. She never got back to me.
Description of Work: She was to return phone calls or emails to give me an estimate to clean my house.

The contractor walked off the job leaving the homeowners master bathroom without a toilet installed, working sink or shower. No master closet and cabinets not installed. The second full bathroom is incomplete, needing detailed work such as cabinet trim and installing shelving. Contractor did not complete the agreed statement of work. Both the contractor and homeowner mutually agreed to a flat labor cost of 20,000.00 to remodel two bathrooms and paint the wood down the stairs and paint the wood columns. The labor costs increased two times to include add-ons such as replacing electrical outlets throughout the house and insulating water lines under house. The final 20,000.00 labor cost was agreed to on 8-1-2013 by both parties. It was later agreed that the wood columns were too labor intensive, an agreement of trading the painting of the large window and installing wood molding would suffice as a trade, of which the painting of the wood down the stairs and the replacement of electrical outlets job are incomplete. The contractor has received 1,000.00 on June 22, $3,000.00 on July 10, $2,000.00 on July 11, $5,000.00 on July 22, and $4,000.00 on August 1, all payments were made in cash. This is a total of $15,000.00. The homeowner paid the contractor 15,000.00 cash as of 8-1-2013. The remaining 5,000.00 would be paid when the job was complete. The contractor demanded 2,000.00 on 9-11-2013 or he was walking off the job. The homeowner said the final payment would come at the completion of the job as agreed. The contractor said he is not making a profit on this job. The contractor subcontracted out most of the work, he had two electricians doing the work of one, two drywall people doing the work of one, and a plumber on the job full-time doing carpentry work. This is the contractor's poor management of people and time, he over extended his payroll and tried to get additional monies from the homeowner. The contractor has demonstrated poor communication and sloppy work. The contractor provided the granite supplier a rectangular template that did not correctly represent the vanity surface, this incorrect template resulted in mis-cut granite, thus requiring a work around with the new vanity cabinet. The contractor cut out the wall and shoved the new vanity into the wall to fit the granite on the vanity cabinet. This is a major screw up and is a direct reflection of the contractor's workmanship and character. The contractor blamed the granite supplier for the mis-cut granite. The contractor miscalculated the vanity light, which is now 12? off center. The contractor purchased common hand tools with the homeowners money and when he walked off the job, the contractor took a majority of the homeowers tools with him but left his own tile saw. The homeowner requested a date from the contractor to exchange tools and items via Civil Escort on 9-24-2013 but has not heard from the contractor. The homeowner feels cheated and scammed by Immaculate Construction (Timothy Bradford). The homeowner does not recommend this contractor at all, he is very unprofessional and not skilled at remodeling. What kind of a businessman with 25 years of experience treats his customers like this?
Description of Work: Did not complete the job as agreed to by contract. Dishonest with Homeowners money. Does not have the tools of the trade. Provided an incorrect template to the Granite supplier resulting in a mis-cut granite countertop. Incorrectly ordered master bathroom cabinets, that cannot be returned. Walked off the job with Owners tools and money. Did not get a permit for remodel.

Description of Work: There was no service done. It took 3 phone messages to even get them to return our call. When they finally did call to schedule a time for an estimate we waited all day and no one showed up. After that it took two more days and 5 phone calls to reach them again. We scheduled another appointment for the following day again no show. At no time did they call to say they were unable to meet. I think this is unprofessional and I am very disappointed.
